The customer service email address bounces back and the chat bot asks for my email but doesn’t give the option to reply! All round poor experience, definitely won’t order from them again.

If it's not within the country it's not worth it. Your refund policy is not feasible at all. I sent you the parcel as instructed on the return notice only to experience huddles a long the way.

I accidentally ordered my usual size in the Luxe Strapless bra, but I need to size down a cup when wearing strapless and didn't realise until I'd hit the Pay Now button! That's what you get for late night shopping at 11pm - clearly I was tired!
I immediately placed another order for the correct size I wanted and emailed customer service to ask if my first order could be cancelled to avoid having to return and lose the postage fee.
Alison emailed back at 8.30 the next morning to say she had cancelled the order and initiated a full refund, so pleased with the service as usually the answer is to return once delivered but thankfully I don't have to worry about that on this occasion due to Alison's great service.

Purchased via asos… they do not let you return to asos so you send direct back to them but no acknowledgment of returned goods, nor do they issue the refund.
Items were sent over a month ago had to go to credit card company to rectify.

Very disappointed with the sizing of the brand - As a brand marketed for bigger chested girlies, i expected accurate sizing.
I have been a 34DD for the last 12 years, I ordered 2 bras from there and I can't even fit half a boob in them.
Fabric is great, but sizing isn't it.

Purchased a multi use bra as I was looking for a decent strapless one, followed their guidance for size and it wasn’t much different from what I normally wear, well what can I say , it was the worst strapless bra ever purchased cups were far to big and ugly and it is unwearable, I have purchased 40 gg as a normal bra from other stores and they fit ok ,there is just too much fabric for it to be a comfortable fit , would not recommend

Usually order from bravissimo but bra wires keep snapping so tried curvy Kate as I am a bigger bust and they seemed to have some nice designs!
Order arrived very quick and I was hopeful by the feel of the material and the strap sizes as well as the way each bra was made. They felt good quality.
However when I tried them on the fit was beyond poor. I have been measured professionally and understand myself to be a cup size E however in some bra’s an F fits better due to the styles. So I ordered a mixture of E and F. None of them fitted me. They were all too small! Really disappointed as it’s really hard to find bra’s that are good quality lately that have nice designs and fit a larger bust.

Disappointed … the bras used to be extra! But the iron part is coming out on the side and injured my breast . I wask my lingerie careful , using a net… I bought 4 bras , same cut , same size : they all finish by injuring my side of my breast….

Shopped in Black Friday sale, quite expensive in general but found 2 bargains, shipped today. Then had a random £19 refund and saw then I had an email that a bodysuit I ordered was out of stock and thus refunded me. So frustrating, then offering me an 11% discount code only for a month when the website itself has 15% off so what is the point? Minus letting a new customer down. I’d rather not have either item now. Won’t shop again

Ordered two bras in two sizes expecting to just keep one but we such good quality I kept two. Really well made and true to size. Returned two that I ordered in the next size up (as I hadn’t bought from this brand before) and refund was next day. Super impressed with price and quality - I have a smaller dress size but large cups (34G) and the shape and support was amazing and balcony so not poking out over the top of necklines. Definitely ordering again.
I placed an order for next day delivery and my heart sank when I found out it was Evri :( true to form, next day (Tuesday) ended up being 4 days - Curvy Kate customer service were fab, they refunded my next day charge. Unfortunately the bras came too late and I got some from another shop but I will definitely use CK again and can’t fault their customer service x

If you are from the Netherlands, don't but here. I orderd two bra's and the sizing was wrong, even tho the conversion table said it should be the right size. Then when I returnd the package and the track and trace proved it was returnd, Curvy Kate did not proces my return. So now it seems I have to pay over a 100euros for two bra's I no longer have. Customer service is very slow and so far not very helpfull. If you live in the UK it's probably fine, can't say, but anywhere else it's not worth the trouble.
I am a first time buyer of curvy Kate and super disappointed because their return portal does not work. I’m not getting very much help through their support and super pissed. I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit me well and it cost me like $90. All I want is my money back because the return say that I have up to 90 days but the stupid E global system doesn’t even recognize my order number CK-7896-CA. I’m very unhappy as a first time buyer and do not recommend buying anything off this website unless you’re in their country.
A bra came faulty, one phone call later and a replacement is on its way, free of charge, with no return required as we were told to recycle it! Alison was so helpful on the phone, would 100% recommend as they clearly care about their customers a lot
They keep changing the designs and not the model numbers. You think you're getting the same thing you've ordered before but it's not even close. Their new idea of a moulded bra is one that can't provide any form, shape, or proper coverage. It's so cheap it slumps into a pile
