Poor customer service
Firstly very expensive, but one of very few brands that cater to large size bust. However, order a £38 bra to wash it once on the recommend wash cycle, for the middle metal to rip through. A complaint was raised directly through the site, and no response has been received 4 days later.
Panache don't follow return laws and keep your money. AVOID!
Purchased 4 bras to try on in my usual size. Not one of them fit, each of the 4 bras fit completely differently, even though they were all the same size and only 2 different types (full cup and balcony).
Paid to have them sent out, then had to pay to send them back. So £8. Distance selling laws say sellers must refund the original postage (we have to where I work as we actually follow the law). Panache don't. They ignore the law and keep the postage you paid initially.
From the Gov.uk website ' You must also refund the cost of standard delivery if the customer paid for it. If they paid for a more expensive delivery option, you only need to refund the cost of standard delivery.'
So they send out illfitting bras and then keep your money which is against the law.
Dont recommend buying from this company, and if you do and haven't received a refund on your postage, contact trading standards. The more of us that do it, they may be forced to do something.

I've been buying and wearing Panache bras for a few years now-but usually buy from other websites.
Unfortunately I have now realised you have to pay for returns and sadly the bras I bought don't fit. So paying for postage and then returns would total almost £8. So I won't be ordering from this website again because of this (I mean how many of us have to try several sizes to get the right fit as styles and sizing can vary so much?!)
I'm a bit frustrated over the sizing too-the bras i bought come up very small in the cup (I have been measured and know what size I should require).

The bra is an odd fitting. Fair enough, I may be an odd fitting too - but, Panache is the only company I know, that charges both delivery and returns. So £8 for the honour of trying on the bra. Won’t do that again.
Received bikini and it's atrocious
Received bikini and it's atrocious, top is too small, cup size DD is definitely meant to be larger. Bottoms look such poor quality, just so disappointing. And I had to pay £3.95 to return the items, obviously initial postage cost me too. Just wouldn't recommend to anyone, very bad customer care.
Terrible bras
Terrible bras, offers no support. Definitely couldn't wear to the gym as advertised. Do not buy
Hidden postage costs
I ordered two items that I had bought previously in a shop (same size) and received free postage. However they have obviously changed sizing because the items no longer fitted. They do not offer an exchange service so I had to return them at my cost (I had no problem with that) however when I received a refund, despite getting free postage to deliver, they then charged me for their postage to me - which I thought seemed unfair especially as they don’t offer exchanges. I have since bought a replacement in a shop and will never buy online from them.
Poor fit. Out of pocket to try on a bikini!
Bikini top was absolutely tiny despite measuring and checking the size. Hideous fit. The returns cost plus paying to have the item delivered is disgusting. 8 quid to try a bikini on! I thought I would treat myself by spending a bit more on a "better" brand but would absolutely not recommend nor purchase from here again.
Order not honoured despite "despatch" confirmation
I placed an order during a sale for items priced at 0.99. I paid for express delivery and received a formal despatch email including a tracking number. According to Panache’s own T&Cs, once items are despatched, a contract is formed and the price should be honored.
However, my order was later cancelled due to a "pricing error." When I challenged this, I was told the items hadn’t actually been despatched, despite the shipping notification and tracking number I received. To make matters worse, the cancellation email was worded to look like I had requested the cancellation myself.
The refund process for shipping was separate and confusing, and the "apology" 10% discount code (valid only on full-price items) feels dismissive given the breach of their own terms. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.
Poor service
I have ordered express delivery (48 hours) and obviously paid extra for this but 4 days later they still haven’t sent it
Postage takes way too long
Postage takes way too long. No help from customer service they just keep sending the tracking number.was shipped last Thursday it’s been 5 days now. Says Royal Mail tracked 48hours not a chance. Don’t bother ordering from here
Great products but terrible customer…
Great products but terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product and I’m pretty sure I have to pay to return it - feels like I’m talking to AI and not a human because it’s not really getting resolved. Would avoid, or buy their products through another seller, not direct from them.
Disappointing experience – poor service and no accountability
I ordered lingerie from Panache and received the wrong sizes, completely different from what I had ordered. I couldn’t even initiate a return online, which made things even more frustrating. I had to contact customer service, and it took days to get a response.
Eventually, I was sent a QR code to return the items, but despite the mistake being on their end, they refused to issue a refund until the items were received back. There was no apology, no goodwill gesture, and no compensation for the inconvenience.
Overall, a really poor customer experience. I’d be cautious ordering from them. Mistakes happen but how a company handles them makes all the difference and Panache fell short.
Horrible customer experience
I love the brand and the products, but the customer experience has been extremely disappointing. You have to pay for returns out of pocket, and the sizing conversion isn’t always consistent. I returned items over a month ago, and although the tracking confirms they were delivered, the company claims they haven’t received them. I was planning to purchase more, but at this point, I feel like I’m being scammed.

Tango balcony bra 38GG £32. Very overpriced. The cup size is good. Side panels are weak and offer little support. Non slip straps do anything but! Only two hooks which again reduces support. Very disappointed. I bought a brilliant supportive bra from M&S for £16 !!!

Client Pays Panache's Postage!
One star, because if you return an item, they charge you for both THEIR OWN delivery costs AND your return postage. £7.90 to try on a bra is insane. Every other company at least pays their own delivery charge!! I wonder how many people they lose as a result of such a ridiculous business practice!
Very costly
Bought a tankini top, which was lovely but too big.
£3.95 to order and £3.95 to return. In total I am £7.90 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
I WILL NOT be ordering from them again!!!!
Appalling customer service
Love the products, customer service is practically non-existent. Order is lost in transit, Royal Mail said I have to contact Panache which I have done. Received an email reply from my enquiry that didn't seem to relate to my query. No other way to contact them, still no order. Not good enough
