I have used a CWCS shared server for over 10 years. Being a sole developer, there have been times when I have had to rely heavily on technical support and this has been readily forthcoming, detailed and comprehensive. In the event that the first technician is unable to solve a problem, it is referred to others - often across multiple shifts.
Of course over a period of 10 years there will be the occasional hiccup, but these have been few and far between, and I have found no reason whatsoever to even consider changing supplier. Highly recommended!

I've used the CWCS chat helpline a couple of times. Each time there was a prompt response to my initial query, and the subsequent advise always got things sorted out.

In one year I had twice several hours our dedicated and VPS servers down. After hours technical is non existent - one person only available that did not know anything.

Both instances was due to a bad update, even that we warned them what happened the first time, it happened again.

If you really need 100%, look somewhere else.

Once again the CWCS team has come through with gusto. Given the complexity (for me, at least) of what I was doing – migrating a dozen different sites from multiple platforms and hosting packages onto a single Dedicated Server – everything went incredibly well.
