I’m going to be an odd one out reviewing this product due to being male… my partner bought a cyclesoother and was blown away with how well this product works and helps her symptoms. Here is the part where I come in, unfortunately the clip on her cycle soother snapped after a few years of use, she was a bit sad tried to glue it but the fix wasn’t permanent. I contacted cycle soother on her behalf to see if it was possible to get a replacement clip, I was amazed with the customer service from Cyclesoother, they arranged a brand new device to be delivered to her. Amazing job!

Such bad customer service. The product itself is rubbish. Doesn't turn on properly, barely gets warm and switches off. Was told this is a safety mechanism after 15 mins or so, but didn't know this before. It came in the most random box with no leaflet. I reached out to the company to ask to return it because it wasn't great but informed them it didn't come with a leaflet, had a response asking to send videos so I did. Had a response to say they would resend me another but its never came and now they can't even respond to my emails.

Scammed me for alot of money for a terrible product!!!!!

I received my package and it did take over 3 weeks to come considering the shipping says shipped within 48hrs, once it came I realised that it WASN’T even the same item as advertised!! It came with instructions that were all in a different language and an extremely short lead and the item itself does not look the same as advertised. It looks like I have been sent a cheap version from somewhere else, I have never had a problem like this with any company and I am so disappointed!! I am hoping to get a refund or even a replacement from this company as I have now contacted them, SCAM “company”
UPDATE: I was rejected a refund and was told there would be “minor aesthetic differences” which doesn’t make sense to me as first it’s false advertising and second it didn’t even say cyclesoother on it or look anything like what others have received. Disgusting service, wish you could put no star. Please do not order from here.

Ordered 19th December nothing has arrived. Until a random eBay package and link to pay arrived this morning 7/1 with a device that looks nothing like what is promoted. And with a price tag of £16 instead of £25 on sale I paid for via this website. Far from impressed. I won’t be keeping this knockoff device. Please avoid at all costs.

Ok, so the Cycle Soother is THE thing I've been looking for. I work 80+ hours a week, and I usually can't quite get through those days when I'm on my period. For years I've been fighting through ridiculous pain from meetings to public transport, but between the massage and heat settings on the Cycle Soother, I can start to feel normal. And the BEST thing about it is its wearability. Its stealthiness functions 100% for me. I'm busy af but I can finally relax with something like this. Seriously recommended.

I have endo so I have chronic pain and also get bad period pains. I’ve just tried it on my back for my chronic pain and it’s a game changer. I used to have loads of hot water bottles but now I don’t need to. The heat and massage together helps massively! Highly recommend:)

Amazing product! I bought this product so that I could go to school without needing to bring in a hot water bottle and without needing by to take medication all the time and as far as I can tell I’m so pleased with the product. It came as soon as it said it would and they also provided me with information about how to help period pain which I will definitely take on board. 10/10 would buy again for myself or even a friend as a gift 😁

I would definitely recommend getting the cycle soother especially if you suffer from really bad cramps!
The heat setting is fab! Heats up very quickly and is just like a hot water bottle so wouldn’t recommend having it directly on your skin! It’s very comfortable to wear I can even wear it out and about if you wear a hoodie/looser top and nobody would know!
The massage setting is also great, it definitely relaxes you which I think may be the trick into relieving cramps. However only down side is that the massage setting is quite loud so bit disappointing how I can’t really use that setting if I am sitting around other people.

Not used this for a couple of months due to irregular cycle. Tried to use it this month only to find that it will not switch on or hold a charge. Thrown away as its useless

Love the product and the team, they were so helpful and it arrived so fast. would recommend to anyone!
