Cycles UK Reviews

Excellent service, excellent deal on the bike that I bought which was built and delivered incredibly quickly (and was well wrapped/protected in the box which was appreciated).

Staff were super helpful when I called with a query and to change the delivery date; nothing was any trouble and they were flexible, helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about.

I can’t remember the last time I got such straightforward quality customer service, it was so refreshing.

Ordered a chainset. Arrived within 2 days - missing left hand crank. Oops. Returned using instructions on website and full replacement arrived within 2 working days. Good service.

Ordered my bike from Cycles UK and can’t fault the service, bike was hand delivered and shown how to use as was an E-bike and it was like new even though it was Ex Display, bike was polished and cleaned to a very high standard, would use Cycles UK again for sure 👍🏻

Excellent communication. Inadvertently ordered incorrect size. Problem sorted veet swiftly.

Excellent knowledge, advice and service by all the staff we met.

I bought an electric bike 6 months ago after a serious bike accident. Adam and his team were extremely helpful then and are still.
Thank you very much,
Rosemary

Super efficient, order arrived the next day, genuine Parktool replacement part, good price and reasonable postage especially considering the speed of delivery.

Great price on 2024 Specialized Roubaix. Ordering process and communication were excellent. Bike arrived within a week of ordering and was very well protected, requiring minimal preparation to get it on the road. Well pleased with everything.

Visited Braintree branch to buy two bikes. Incredibly helpful and couldn't be faulted.

Good choice of ladies' cycling shorts, with very good prices. Prompt delivery too!

I wanted to buy from a local shop but the price was too good at Cycles uk. The bike was delivered when they said and packaged really well. The bike arrived almost completely assembled. Amazing! I really couldn’t fault this company.
