I have always been happy with the quality of their products, but the depth of the information on their website and the personal care they extend to their customers puts them over the top. George and Hailey have definitely gone above and beyond.
Good company. And I have no doubt that should they ever fall short, which can happen in business, they will deal with it promptly and well.

The turner I got diplays A on every note on my bass and I been around and around with George till I'm over it, I'm going through Chemo for the next four months and the cancer is easier to deal with than George.
I have a long time memory so will just figured I threw my money away on more China crap and this also reflexes on Amazon as they now have so many vendors you can't get refunds from anymore

Hands down the best strings I've used!
Hands down the best acoustic guitar strings I've ever used! Same goes for their electric. My first experience with Daddario wasn't great due to the strings being on a floor model and the guitar didn't sound good so I assumed it was the strings. Boy was I wrong! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding as well! George is awesome! Anytime I've had the slightest issue they've made it more than right! Very few issues in the time that I've been using these strings. When you know you know 💯 I know they are the only strings that brings so much life to my already great sounding guitars!

Organic "Select Jazz" reeds
I've been using "Select Jazz" reeds for sometime now on my soprano, alto & tenor sax jazz gigs and they've always been great; until the last batch! These "organic: cane reeds are absolutely horrible! For example, the 2H on tenor alto AND soprano all play softer than the old 2S. the 3H plays softer than the old 2M.
This has left me AND my students scrambling to find an alternative manufacturer and considering it took years to fin a reed that worked well with my Syos mouthpieces and produced the tonal variations I was seeking I am disappointed to say the least.
it makes absolutely no sense to mess with a tried and proven formula for the sake of the "Organic" name fad.

Amazing customer service!!!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size drum head and have no use for it. After a short description of my issue over the web form and 2 working days of waiting, I received the lovely message stating that a new head was being sent to me in the correct size, and that incorrectly sized head can be kept by me to give to another drummer that needs it. All at no cost to me! This is a perfect example of great customer service. I feel bad that this is at the cost to the company so hope this review makes it to the right people!
So thank you very much for your service D'addario and I will be continuing to use your products into the far future!

I emailed customer support regarding some uncertainty about a custom design I wanted printed. Steve was quick with feedback and went beyond my expectations to make sure that I was satisfied with my design before purchasing. I am very impressed by the quality of the interaction, the support from the entire team, and the speed of their work.
I've purchased custom picks from D'Addario before and was extremely satisfied with the final product. After this experience, they're now my first source for anything I need done.

Excellent costumer service!
Recently bought a pack of NB acoustic guitar strings from this company which happened to be defect (2 E-strings instead of an E and A). I reached out over mail and got a quick reply the day after. I gave my address after confirming that I had actually bought the product (save the plastic string pack, you're gonna need it) and they sent me 2 new NB packs for my troubles!
That's excellent service.

I have been using D’Addario reeds for over 15 years and have been a big fan of their alto saxophone products. I recently received a defective reed in an online order and was immediately assisted by D’Addario’s wonderful customer service who promptly sent a replacement. I will continue to use their reeds due to my long-time satisfaction with their products and more recently, my experience with their high quality customer service.

Very disappointed with D'Addario
Recently bought what I thought were 4 of D'Addario's Auto Lock straps on sale. Unfortunately I received 4 regular straps. When I contacted D'Add customer service for a return/refund, they said since the items were on "final" sale, they're non-refundable. It's not really about the cost of this order. It was a slap in the face to a loyal customer. I've probably spent close to a grand with D'Add over the years. That won't be happening any more.
So here's an update to my D'Add experience. They offered me 500 "courtesy" points in their Player's Circle program. But to give you an understanding of what that really means: a point is worth about 7 one thousandths of a cent. That's about $3.50. And this is after ordering another $80 worth of stuff. I can't even buy a damn pack of strings with that. I refused their offer. So they "gave" me 200 points anyway. Really big of them, eh?

The best customer care from a great company
I have been a customer of D'addario for close to 20 years. I have tried many other brands but always came back.
Having said that, I have had a few little issues with a few products recently and I decided to reach out to the company and they did not disappoint!
I personally worked with a person named George and they have gone above and beyond both times I have needed their help. Not only was George extremely helpful but they were also really kind and normal, not like a super staunch customer service folk. That and they obviously have a decent sense of humor.
I really appreciate this company a ton and George especially. I can't recommend them more.
P.s. anyone who hasn't used the Auto Trim Locking Tuners is only hurting themselves haha

sound hole turner
Just a heads up for people looking for guitar tuner please be aware that the D'Addario sound hole turners do not last Purchased 2 of them around the same time as i have several guitars (acoustic) both failed within a week of each other & only lasted just under 5 years, they were well treated & never had flat batteries left in them. Thanks for reply but have contacted your people & they want the invoice copy which I explained that i only had the sales order copy & the original supply cant or will not supply me an invoice copy so your people a D addario will not do anything without the invoice. not
