Scott provided a very thorough survey and a professional 'brief' report with accompanying photos. I have a much clearer understanding of damp in my property - especially the role played by the roof space and cavity walls - and what action is needed to reduce make my house drier and healthier.

He really knows what he is talking about, totally impartial and answers all your questions with good recommendations to rectify the issues with damp that our property suffers with. Scott was really thorough and gave us very detailed information about sources of damp as well as advice on how to remedy it. We had previously received conflicting info from a separate ‘free’ report which was just trying to sell stuff, so definitely worth having an independent report like this for reliable guidance.

They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry, then carried out the survey really promptly, then explained the issues on the phone which was really useful, ahead of receiving the report.
The report has recommendations for builders to fix the issues which is useful too, to ensure the correct repairs are done.

Tim promptly answered my enquiry and scheduled a date for the survey. He took time to explain verbally what he had found as he was conducting the survey - gave actions that he recommended be undertaken and followed up with a report

Scott was super. He was extremely responsive initially and in the weeks following the survey. He was willing to talk on the phone as well as exchange emails in response to any queries I had.
Scott carried out a thorough investigation during his visit and then was able to relay the issues causing my damp in easy to understand language! He was a real pleasure and clearly very knowledgeable in his field.
