Recently visited showroom..I was looking for a kingsize Bed..Molly ..office lady dealt with me..I settled for mid range price Santorini Kingsize...Delivered bang on time..Being kingsize it was a build.job..Unpacked to build..Very sturdy construction..Was impressed..given price..and the Mattress that came was exceptional....overall .a 10/10 for all..

Contacting them 3 times over a warranty claim, no response. Poor quality sofas & the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, avoid, avoid avoid, very poor customer service.

Phenomenal delivery service. The 2 guys who delivered my sofa today were so professional. They were polite and friendly and a credit to the company! Love my sofa. Delivered in under a week. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service - they rang me beforehand and kept me updated all the way. Thank you so much.

Ordered our new sofa at the end of March and I was told it would arrive around the 4th may, the sofa eventually arrived today. After ringing the head office 4 times over 5 weeks we only got any kind of update when we rang them and it was always the same answer that we would here from the delivery team when it would arrive. Then having a phone call this morning at 8am to be told the sofa would be here in 10 MINUTES. I was also told that they would help with setting the sofa up and also 1 member of staff from head office they would take the old sofa, none of that was true and the 3 big boxes were dropped off in my living room and of they went. If you are after good customer service I highly recommend you order from someone else.

Dante are using a second rate delivery company (Furdeco) as they have been to my house now twice and want to unpack at the front and then say they can’t get it indoors as it’s too big even though Dante’s owner had supposed to have arranged for them to take the back off I am under the impression that they are both Mickey Mouse Companies I would advise you to look elsewhere when buying any furniture. I have CTV of both delivery times complete amateurs.

I have the same problem with Furdeco delivery guys 2 people not fit for the job struggle lifting the furniture from Dante Burnley they can't get it in to my my 4 bedroom big house they say even if they unpack it still won't go through my door. I have wasted 2 days waiting in for this FURDECO is an amateur furniture delivery company, I was told by the owner of Dante furniture they would send people who know how to take apart and install and they have no clue.

The quality of the sofa is good and its a well meaning company but their communication to customers is very poor. The sofa arrived a week late to the stated delivery. I had to chase Dante 4/5 times. No-one could give me a direct answer. No tracking number, no name of courier. Promises that they would ring me back but never did. Comments like "its our courier's fault. Not our problem. What do you want us to do? Just be patient".

I needed a new 2 piece suite for my conservatory and happened to be passing Dante's Mexborough branch so I thought I'd take a look, they had a large selection of good quality suites at decent prices, Pat,the young lady working there was extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly, the suite was delivered, assembled and all packaging removed on the date and time I selected, good service received, I would recommend

The slight wait was so worth the sofa of my dreams 🙏🏻☺️

Dante furniture are absolutely excellent from order to delivery. I live in the Scottish highlands where most online companies refuse to deliver ?
Dante delivered my sofa in 2 weeks
I also made a mistake with my order which I paid for and it was sorted out immediately and money transferred onto my new order . No stress. No problem.
When I phoned and no answer they saw my number and called back !
The sofa is perfect ,exactly as advertised and extremely comfortable

I had delivered today the Bronte sofa 2 seater recliner with USB in beige, I am so impressed with quality of this sofa. I phoned the shop in Burnley to ask if they had stock for the 3 seater recliner. and as they did I have now bought that one as well. The man I spoke at Dante was friendly , and very helpful. the service was great, and was delivered with care. The delivery guys were very helpful and removed all the packing materials.

I brought 2 sofas but one of them the Bluetooth was not working I messaged them and they said it was in the process of getting sorted? A week went by without no reply so I gave the number a ring the number wasn't recognised? So I got InTouch direct they said they would send someone out to repair it 2 weeks later and nothing.Dont bother with them the after care is rubbish.After I spent over £2.0000. AVOID...

When I contacted Dante Furniture to ask whether they could source the chair I wanted, Andrew Dante telephoned me three times in two days to assure me of a six-week wait and to take my payment.
After seven weeks, I began to telephone to ask how it was going. I have left numerous messages because nobody calls back, I have emailed, and sent Messenger messages via their Facebook page. Twelve and a half weeks and nothing has happened. Clearly, these guys are scammers!

What a great guy, Frank Dante the owner of Dante furniture is a straight man and tells you how it is, very helpful and accommodating your furniture needs and at the best price.and service don't go around the houses looking for a better deal because you won't find one!!!

I ordered a Leather Armchair Power Recliner. There were a couple of marks at the back of the armchair so I emailed with photos. They agreed to exchange it. Very happy with my new recliner.

My experience with Dante Furniture was a mix of highs and lows. Initially, things went well—I reached out via email after noticing a change in the stock date, and the operations director responded promptly with an explanation. However, as the new stock date came and went, it changed again without any update from the company. I tried reaching out via email and phone but received no response.

When I finally got through, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. I explained that the stock date had shifted multiple times—from January 15th to February 17th, then to February 28th. I was assured that the stock was arriving from the Far East and would be shipped as soon as it landed. Since DFS had stock available, I considered switching, at which point Dante Furniture offered me a loan sofa while I waited.

Once the stock arrived, their website stated delivery within 2 to 7 days. Yet, I heard nothing. I called six times with no answer. When I finally got through, I was told my delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, the 11th. The day before (Monday the 10th), I had received no confirmation, leaving me unsure whether to take the day off work. I emailed, called, and left three voicemail messages—still no response.

At around 3 PM, I left another message, this time mentioning that I would be leaving a negative review. Within 10 minutes, I received an automated email with tracking details—but no direct response, explanation, or apology. Just a system-generated tracking update sent at the last minute. Now, let’s see how the actual delivery goes.

If all goes well it will be sure to return and update my review and increase to 3 stars. Communication is poor for such a large purchase.

Update - changed to 3 stars, saved by the superb delivery men :) the sofa is fantastic

Brilliant company! I have had several pieces of furniture from Dante & never been disappointed.
My latest purchase was a beautiful Ravello bed and mattress. This bed was £490 cheaper than the major bed companies.
The owner was so helpful and kind and kept me upto date with my order. The delivery drivers were polite and respectful and put each item in the rooms of my choice.
Cannot recommend highly enough!

Terrible we thought we would order from here as 500 cheaper than dfs. Faulty electrics that do things on their own . Uncomfortable unfortunately unable to return as waited too long. Also delivery driver were disgusting, one of them actually passed wind whilst putting it together and stunk out room out

I ordered a chair on line on Sunday. The day after I received a phone call confirming the details of my order and offering delivery that afternoon. The delivery staff were excellent. Since the shade was slightly different to our existing suite the delivery staff returned with the exact match. Excellent price, excellent service and a superb company to deal with. Highly recommended!!
