Ignore you when things go wrong...

This has been an extremely poor experience from start to finish and falls well below an acceptable standard of service.
My bed delivery has failed on two separate occasions. The first failure occurred when Danetti moved the delivery date at short notice, despite me having already arranged time off work to be available. I was then assured the rearranged delivery would proceed as planned.
When the rescheduled delivery finally took place, the bed arrived damaged and completely unusable. As a result, I am still without a bed, which is wholly unacceptable for such a significant purchase and has left me facing a prolonged period without an essential item.
To make matters worse, I have repeatedly been advised that someone will call or email me back, yet these promises are ignored, with no follow‑up contact made. This lack of communication has only added to the frustration and gives the impression that once payment is taken, resolving issues becomes a low priority.
I will now have to take further annual leave to arrange delivery of a replacement bed and the collection of the damaged one, in addition to the leave already wasted due to the initial failed delivery. The inconvenience, disruption, and time lost have been considerable.
A missed delivery followed by damaged goods is bad enough, but being left without a bed and repeatedly ignored afterwards is unacceptable. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly caution others before ordering, particularly if they cannot afford delays, repeated failures, or poor communication when things go wrong.

missing items and useless customer service

Was sent out two headboards instead of the correct pieces for my bed. I Have an open case but haven't heard anything since a week ago. Called customer service 3 times and been told each time they will get back in contact with me. Why can’t they just send out the missing piece. Paid £600 for a bed to be messed about.

Honesty - great customer service - beautiful furniture

Honesty - it was refreshing for Danetti to be honest and say they forgot to load our table onto the lorry for delivery rather than blame somebody else. It was then redelivered on a Saturday as convenient. The table itself is beautiful, very heavy and well made. The service we have received for our last two purchases has been so good, we have ordered another item ! Thank you Danetti for your honesty and excellent customer service.

Faulty Table & Poor Customer Service

Faulty Table & Poor Customer Service - Table arrived 4 weeks ago, lodged my complaint in the company portal as requested & within the time frame they insist on. Had one line responses informing me an engineer will be in touch, still not happened, called customer service spoke to James & my call was terminated whilst I was on hold to speak with the person supposedly dealing with the issue. They never contact you unless chased and then it’s only by email. I have chairs, which I could not cancel, being delivered this week to match the table I can’t use. I’ve now lodged this with my credit card company to dispute. After spending over £2k with this company I am so disappointed.

Gave 4 stars as the furniture/stools…

Gave 4 stars as the furniture/stools are very good quality and look great.
My only disappointment with them is the delivery service, they charge £40 for delivery on a day of your choosing! Then dont deliver on that day. Choose a date approx 1 week from ordering, a Monday. They then notified me by email on the Friday at 16.50 that there was a problem with my order! They close at 17.00 and are not available until the Monday at 09.00, the day of the delivery. When contacted they explained that the delivery was out of there hands, and asked for alternative delivery days but could not guarantee what day! Not very helpful for anybody with a busy schedule and needing to rearranged appointments. Promised to ring my back later that day with date but could not provide a time slot. No call came, then saw an email sent later that day with a delivery day. Furniture did arrive on that day and delivery firm did supply a time slot the evening before.
Very disappointed with customer service, no direct contact with customer and no mention of compensation regards missed delivery apt,or rearranged customer appointments at short notice.

I purchased a light that was advertised…

I purchased a light that was advertised with a 3 working day delivery timeframe, but we ended up waiting well over a week just to receive the first delivery slot. On the day it was finally due to arrive, the delivery was cancelled without any explanation, and we still haven’t received the item.

Since then, I’ve sent several emails and haven’t received a single response. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. Overall, a very frustrating experience and very poor customer service.

Furniture is good

Furniture is good, had 2 beds delivered and they totally damaged the walls, stair even ceiling taking the bits upstairs as arranged, customer service is terrible, there is none, never go here again, totally lacking any customer service

Was expecting a good service but the…

Was expecting a good service but the delivery was awful and the driver was rude it was too much trouble to move four big chair boxes as I had spent nearly £1000 I expected better service .

May be the shop needs to look at who they use as it has put be off ever buying from them again.

The chairs I liked but it’s a shame how bad the service was . Would not order again

Good Customer Service

One of the tables ordered was smashed but customer service dealt with it quickly & without fuss. Just annoying that it arrived damaged & I had to stay in another day for collection & delivery. The product is great.
