I have used DB Roberts as my letting agents for a number of years now. In all that time, I have found the service they provide to be very professional. My more recent interactions with Nicole have lived up to this. Nicole has dealt with my queries and property related issues very promptly. Tradespeople have been engaged swiftly ensuring work is completed with minimal disruption to tenants. Where there have been questions, Nicole has quickly had these answered.

When my brother was taken seriously ill suddenly, Bethany Stevens the Property Manager was brilliant in helping me resolve his rental. He has been in hospital for weeks and his recovery is going to be many months meaning he's out of work and unable to run his rented house. Bethany was understanding of the situation and helped me sort everything quickly and fairly and got the house relisted to take the pressure off our family at a stressful time.
