I recommend Roberts very highly. As a landlord they manage our properties very professionally, with rapid response to tenant enquires, always keeping us in the loop. Bethany Stevens at Oakengates office is my 'go to' person, keeping us up to date, managing tenancies and maintenance, and always with a friendly, cheery attitude. Brilliant 👍

Adam was able to smoothly walk my Nan through her sale and achieved the asking price within just 3 days of the house being put up online.
Adam spent time explaining everything calming and effectively to my Nan who by her own admission doesn’t understand the process and Adam since the sale has taken it upon himself to assist my Nan with dealing with Solicitor whilst I live so far away.

I found the experience surprisingly easy. They at db Roberts were always helpful and honest even if no interest shown. Always punctual whether meetings or returning calls keeping me up dated.

Like insurance, you only know how good a Letting Agent is when there is a problem with the tenancy. Have rented the same property via DB Roberts for nearly 20 years with few problems with changeovers, etc. Sadly the last tenant didn't fulfil the obligations of their agreement, including non-payment of rent. DB Roberts were extremely thorough with their paperwork and dealing with the tenant. They also arranged the flat clean-up and refurbishment, in a very short window, so that the property could be returned to the market within 10-days. As a private landlord, this took a huge amount of the stress away. Would suggest any landlords strongly consider take out the rent guarantee and insurance, as getting property returned is only getting more complex

Tia, the lady that works here I have to say is possibly the best agent I've come across. Everything she did was done in a professional and friendly manor which made a seamless transition into our new property. She went out of her way to be helpful and genuinely tries her best to do the best job possible. I don't usually write reviews but this lady deserves a shout out. Thank you again for your hard work, its rare to find people that actually care about their work and their customers thesedays.

Very efficient, got our house on the market in days and sold within just over a month getting the asking price. Always kept us in the loop with updates definitely would recommend.

Nicole is always friendly and polite. She is able to organize contractors and tenancy agreements and remedy any issues arising as required.

Sometimes we have had more serious issues with one property at which point Nicole consulted with a senior team member and proceeded to resolve the issue in a capable manner.

This shows that Nicole is able to work effectively both as a team member and independently. She is further able to liaise with a diverse range of people in a pleasant manner.
