Firstly, I’m fussy and hate buying/selling cars, especially when tradesmen can sometimes be pushy/try to give you financial advice etc.
However there was NONE of that with DB Cars. The whole process was stress free, with no pushiness or pressure.
Communication throughout the process on WhatsApp was great and any questions I had were answered quickly.
I also requested that the vehicle had some ‘touch ups’ before I drove it away and these were done (to a high standard) within 1 day and I was able to collect the car.
This was also the only garage willing to accept my part ex and settle my finance agreement for the full amount which I was really grateful for.
Overall great experience (which I’ve never said about any car garage in the past). I would highly recommend and will return for my future vehicles.

I recently bought a BMW 120d from this dealer. Communication up until the sale was amazing and having to travel over 100 miles to reach them I felt welcomed into their clean showroom and Stu was very knowledgable and helpful. The car drives great and i’ve had no issues with it mechanically so far. All of this would’ve got them a 5* review easily.

Unfortunately, this services ended the second my money hit their account. I was told that there was no green slip due to the previous owner having just changed their custom plate so they would wait for the new one to come, they’d register me as the keeper and then i’d get my own V5 registration sheet very soon. This did not happen. I waited a week to text them asking how long it would take or if they’ve got their V5 yet, no reply, it took 2 days and a follow up message for a vague reply about contacting the previous owner, which was not even relevant. 2 weeks after i bought the car I finally got the green slip number so i could tax and drive the car. And I was told that Stu would action the change of ownership ‘Tomorrow’ and i’ve only just now (8 days after) got an email saying i’m now the owner and my V5 is on the way. So it will be over a month from purchase until I get my registration.

This is so unfortunate as I loved the dealer and Stu was amazing and helpful and the car is great and reasonably priced but this after sale service is horrific.

Brought a Golf R from here last week and couldn’t be happier with the entire buying experience. I travelled a fair way and the communication was great and the car was perfectly as described. Dan and Stu are great guys to deal with. I’d definitely recommend to anyone.
