I emailed the support alias and got an immediate response that someone would get back to me soon. When they got back, my problem was solved quickly and I was able to move on with next steps. Service isn’t always there when there’s a handful of people let alone thousands as are on this workshop. I had problems accessing the replay after my job and was very concerned I’d be behind. Dean and Tony - the awesome guests - as well as the awesome crew behind it all - made this summit to an extraordinary experience.
As always with Dean and Tony - they give so incredible much - they just turn every stone - address any issue - address any doubt - like they are getting into the DNA of our human experience - and the result is always extraordinary - not just pointing towards the path forward like saying “go there” but taking us by the hand saying “I’ll take you there - follow me - hold on we are taking the fast lane!”.

This is a class act!!!
I really appreciated the 3 day AI Summit and have signed on for the 20 day Boot Camp which I beleive will give me an edge in imementing AI for my business and perhaps even offer a new revenue stream!
I accidentally ordered the BootCamp twice. On contacting support, they were extremely kind, professional, quick to respond and helpful with reimbursing the 2 duplicate charges (one for the Summit upgrade and one for the Bootcamp).
I then had a problem that it removed my AI Adantage extension and BootCamp receipt, so I have contacted them again about this issue. I have every confidence that roo will be addressed quickly and to my upmost satisfaction. This is a class act!!!
