Bumped into the brand's product few years back and now I've become a frequent customer. With steady quality of the leather straps and constantly adding new products in the collection, including rubber, fabric and exotic leathers, it's just too easy to find a strap that can pair with any watches. The shipping is fast, usually sending the order next day after payment (except custom orders), and from where I am I usually receive the package next day (which means 2 days after payment).

Hands down my go-to brand for all my watch accessories. I get asked about my leather straps, rubber cut-to-size straps, and watch cases from Delugs daily — more often than I get asked about my watches. The Delugs team is made up of true watch enthusiasts and collectors and this really shines through their work. What’s more, they lead the charge for R&D when it comes to innovating on materials, craftsmanship, usability, and wearability. They’re also in tune with the industry, culture, style, and history of watches, which adds to the impact of wearing/using any of their products. I recommend them to everyone.

Been a long time supporter of delugs. Love the brand, and am happy with the new products that they have continually pushed out. Prices have certainly risen over the years and it may not be the value proposition that it once was, but it has made up for that with great service and a wider variety of products than you would not likely find elsewhere especially the quality that it offers

Delugs is my favourite watch strap company! The quality of their straps is amazing, and they have every style and material imaginable. I mostly use their custom program because the lug width of my mostly ladies watches are not commonly available. Their Strap Consultant helps me with choosing the right specifications for each strap, and I've created some beautiful designs that are unique to my collection. Their shipping to Canada is very easy too, which is a bonus. I highly recommend Delugs to all watch collectors!

after wearing the strap for 2 weeks now. The plastic rubber sail cloth. for my cartier santos with the quick release mechanism. its a lovely watch. only thing is you have to cut and fit the strap yourself. 250 euros and you have cut the strap both sides to fit it. there is a little diagram on the box. its realy not enough. im a pretty skillied guy with my hands. and i cut the bracelet too tight. once cut thats it you cant extend it. so it fits very tight on my wrist. for 250 euros you would expect more. information=. my fault but I followed the instructions to the letter and the watch is now too tight it pinches my skin !

I purchased a custom strap from Delugs in 2024 for my partner’s Cartier Santos Dumont. After a year and a half, the glue began to come undone and the stitching started to fail. I wasn’t initially concerned, as the company advertises a lifetime warranty, so I assumed it could be repaired or replaced.

However, I was told that my partner washing his hands counts as general wear and tear, and that this is what caused the glue and stitching to fail, despite there being no other visible damage to the strap. As a result, it is not covered under their warranty. Instead, I was offered a 10 percent discount on a replacement strap, along with a suggestion that I choose a different leather to suit his so called “hardcore needs.”
I would avoid this company. In future, I’ll be purchasing directly from Cartier instead.

I bought an alligator strap on Delugs, that I paid 137CHF + 18CHF shipping cost. The strap took almost a month to arrive because they said a CITES form was required. Well that CITES form cost me an extra 70CHF paid to DHL + 88CHF paid to customs for veterinary inspections.
Delugs never mentioned that in their site and didn't provide any resolution.
I have bought other alligator straps from other companies without CiTES and without problem. Delugs never again.

Chaotic customers service, mediocre at best quality

Placed order in November. After hearing nothing for weeks, was informed the product I paid for weeks earlier was no longer available. After much debate, got a small discount… which was incorrectly applied so I was asked to pay part of it back. Was promised deliver before Christmas… which didn’t happen. When the product finally did arrive, my Christmas gift was the wrong size. Again having had to ask for it, meaningless discount on future order. Even simple plastic pages for a booklet for watch straps for free were too much to ask for. Terrible service for of mistakes and then stinginess?

All of this would be half bearable if the product held up. It does not: wore the supposed alligator strap for an hour and it already bent out of shape (in winter, inside).

Never again

I purchased two straps from the "Panerai Straps" collection, explicitly named "Chunky Watch Strap." In the world of Panerai, "Chunky" implies a robust thickness (4-5mm). What I received were standard 3mm thin dress straps that look ridiculous on a Panerai.

When I contacted customer support, they admitted that "expectations can differ" and that the name might be interpreted differently, yet they hid behind the fine print in the specs.

The real issue is their resolution: I paid $55 for shipping + ~$50 in non-refundable import taxes. Delugs insisted I return the items for a refund, which would mean I LOSE over $100 USD in sunk costs just to fix their misleading marketing. They refused to offer a store credit or a replacement that doesn't penalize me financially.

Warning to international buyers: If the product description misleads you, you will be left paying the price. Do not trust the product titles.

Considering this was shipped from the Far East to the UK it came fast, and was not disappointed! The alligator was soft and well constructed compared with my other alligator straps purchased from reputable companies in France, and even looked and felt so much better than the alligator strap that came with my Patek Philippe 5960P! Absolutely amazing and the size was perfect too! And did I mention the price being so much better value compared with other premium brands around the world! Will definitely be purchasing again in the future and already have a list of straps in mind! Thank you!

They sold me a magnifier for the camera on my phone that does not work, in fact they send you an attachment to attach it to your phone and expect to you tighten a metal bolt on to your screen to hold iot in place. I have sent several emails and tried to resolve this on whatsapp and they ignore you. avoind this company at all cost. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank

I rarely write unsolicited reviews, but felt the need to give this company the highest of marks during the entire sales process. From their website with their watch, Finder function to the customer service and prompt delivery process to the actual quality of their product. If you’re looking for a watch band for your watch, you cannot go wrong.

Anytime I have visited the website most of the straps i select have been out of stock and that has been my experience over a long period of time.

I have a number of Delugs leather and Delcro watch straps and they are all very comfortable and durable. The support staff has always been very helpful and have provided specific advice and guidance in a timely manner. Considering the quality of their products, I have always found their prices to be not only reasonable but also quite competitive.

insanely overpriced for a piece of china smelling rubber

Its way to overpriced to the point that its not even a consideration they keep saying that they cant hold a sale because of their costs but maybe it would have been better to consider lower prices in the first place, I bought a watch from ali express with the exact same pattern and color as the delugs straps and it fits my prx perfectly. Delugs team if you read this review I am not doing this to spread negativity I am just saying that its un reasonable to sell something with a cost price of 5-10€ for 136€😁

Prezzo molto alto per quello che effettivamente arriva, packaging minimo e anonimo, nessun tool per lo sgancio del bracciale. La qualità sembra buona ma 170€ resta un prezzo molto alto con questa poca attenzione ai dettagli.
