Very poor service during return trip via Doha ..flight cancelled by airline over 6 weeks ago and still no refund "allegedly'?

Have used destinology many times over nearly 20 years. Very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and obviously very well trained staff. Quick response time. A basic but somewhat complicated brief turned into a very well tailored holiday that ticked all the boxes despite short notice. My only complaint is that they don't accept AMEX (somewhat understandable but still inconvenient).

Brilliant customer service with excellent advice. So easy to sort out a holiday that suits your requirements. With a great range of holidays whether a hotel stay or a cruise there is so much choose from .
We would strongly recommend Destinology as a travel company to go to .

Excellent experience. Had been looking for many days for a holiday in the sun with 2 long term lady friends and my husband. Love this company. We were stuck in Dubai recently due to the Iran war and Destinology looked after us so well when other companies were abandoning people. I have now booked another holiday and Claire from Destinology was fab taking care of everything . This gives you comfort and confidence that they do what they say and will look after you from the beginning to the end of your trip.

The trip and adventure of a lifetime that we loved.i am registered disabled and needed a wheelchair as the roads and pavements of India would be totally unsuitable for my mobility scooter. I am also 70 years old and my friends thought I was mad. WELL! The people were kindness itself and incredibly helpful. My husband is fit, works out and is used to wheelchairs so no problem there. The help organised by Destinology were incredibly helpful. I had my needs catered for well. This is my third adventure with Destinology and they just get better and better. My ADVICE - don’t be limited by other people if you really want something go for it. The Taj Mahal, the red fort, Delhi, Agra, the safari, the people, our accommodation were amazing. Wow just Wow. I loved it x

My wife and I recently went on holiday to India’s golden triangle. She is disabled and needed to use a wheelchair. We were very worried but all of the reps and our driver were amazing and so helpful. The accommodation was excellent and we had an excellent time.

Maura was fantastic with helping us book our holiday to Mauritius, she is so patient and takes the time to make sure everything is right. We were kept up to date with everything we needed to know for the flight and even after the holiday she was really helpful and easy to contact. We had such an amazing holiday, everything went so smoothly and we absolutely loved the resort. I would highly recommend Destinology, we have always had a great experience with them.

There were several elements to our trip including a cruise and everything went like clockwork- with special thanks to Caroline Coe who was so helpful and professional.
