I bought this little dehumidifier for…
I bought this little dehumidifier for drying my laundry upstairs. Liked it so much purchased a second one for my conservatory. Easy to use and economical to run. Very happy. The only thing I couldn't manage was to register them on the website for the extra year guarantee- I couldn't get passed the I am a human not a robot section.
So please, Devola register me so I can have my two year guarantee,

This is an excellent heater for the price. Considering the compact design, the heat output is excellent. The heater feels like a quality product and has excellent functions, including oscillation and temperature cut-out.

Refusing to pay for reinstallation after fault developed
Current state of play
- bought three Devola panel heaters
- paid for installation
- one went faulty
- asked for refund and to cover costs of reinstallation
- Devola cites not 'integral' installation when I cite relevant section consumer rights act
Unsure whether company are in keeping with consumer rights act. Definate penny pinching and lack of will to make good with a customer.
So suggest you cross your fingers and hope no fault develops if you use electrician to install product

Just to clarify our position, the installation you mentioned was carried out independently with your chosen Tradesman. The heaters are designed to be easily wall‑mounted without specialist work, so any external installation costs are optional and not something we recommend or require. For that reason, we’re not able to cover third‑party installation charges, which is also clearly stated on our website.
We haven’t received the heater back yet. As soon as it’s returned to us, we’ll issue the refund for the product in full. We’re not able to process a refund before the item is back with our team, as this is standard practice for any faulty‑goods return. Everything we’ve advised so far is completely in line with the Consumer Rights Act.
