DFS Furniture - Grantham Reviews 

We were welcomed when we arrived and shown to the area we needed. Once we decided on the suite we wanted the lady explained everything we needed to know about buying, looking after it, the warranty,guarantee and various options we could have with the purchase. After we had completed the purchase forms it was checked by another member of staff before finally paying. We were never rushed. Excellent and caring service.

The customer experience was very good and extremely quick and easy, Demi was great.

We had a good experience with Demi in Grantham. She was patient with us as we took a long time to decide on style and design, gave us all the information we needed to finally purchase our sofa.

The credit application was easy and the extra insurance was good value for momey. Chloe looked after us in grantham branch and mafe the whole process straightfotwards

We were left to look and try in store. The sales rep didn’t pressure or hover around which helped us feel relaxed enough to take our time to look

I was greeted by a young man asking me if i needed help and then he let me look for mysalf he was very polite and when i found the sofa for me he was very helpfull i think hes worth a pay rise

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful - she asked several times if we wanted tea or coffee and was on hand to answer any questions we had.
Clean - on the two visits we had to ensure we had picked the right corner suite, there was a very pleasant lady who was busy cleaning everywhere and she asked us if we needed help too.
Well organised, No pushy staff, and a good range of corner suites which we were looking for.

Having been into the Grantham store last week I dealt with Chloe, who is an absolutely great example of someone that you would want to represent your company. Despite that fact that I’m a complete nuisance , her patience and customer service was outstanding. I returned today having made a decision ,and once again spent great deal of time to make sure I was completely happy. A great example of why we need retail sites and not faceless internet sales
