They NEVER DELIVERED a parcel.

I contacted Thomann (the seller) who showed me a picture of a parcel outside my house.

No one knocked, the parcel was NOT handed to me.

I do not know if it was even left there. If it was it could have been stolen.

BUT the experience I just had leads me to believe that the driver took the picture, then took the parcel.

IF YOU HAVE A PARCEL LOST WITH DHL, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

A scruffy-looking Sikh man from DHL knocked the other day, and enquired about lost parcel as part of 'Investigation.'
He asked me to sign a form that states I had NOT received the parcel.
He asked me to sign on a different side to that declaration.

Now, I just received an email from Thomann (sender of goods) that says DHL's 'Investigation' has found that I HAVE received the parcel.
And they used the signed page/signature of declaration stating I had NOT received parcel as PROOF that I did receive parcel.

I have made a chargeback on my card, I will be complaining about both 'businesses' to Trading Standards, and I have made a complaint to the police.

DHL ARE CROOKS.
I recommend that you avoid using them, and avoid using any business that uses them.

The 'man' that lied to me to falsely obtain my signature would do well not show his face again.

Deliveries never turn up on the day they’re supposed to they blatantly lie they deliver to a pick up point when it’s meant to be at home and you can’t collect without a code which they never send you frequently have to reorder from the supplier because they can’t be bothered to do there job. And don’t get me started on there customer service absolutely shocking they DO NOT CARE !

DHL Express yritti toimittaa perjantaina. Olin kotona, ei soittoa ei mitään. Maanantaina sama homma. Tiistaille laitoin ovikoodin DHL sivujen kautta. Nyt toimitus 11.30-13.30, harva työssäkäyvä on tähän aikaan kotona. AInoa noutopiste johon paketin voisi ohjata on DHL konttori HKI-vantaa lentokentällä, jonne minulla on kotoa 10km. Ei ole yhdenkään kuljetusfirman kanssa ollut niin vaikeaa, kuin DHL kanssa...

Uskomatonta sähläystä! Nyt kolme päivää stressannut ja odottanut 500 kg (!!) lähetystä uuteen vielä tyhjillään olevaan liikkeeseen. Olen pyytänyt soittoa ennen toimitusta, sillä lähetyksessä ei sisäänkantoa ja 500 kg ei ihan yhden ihmisen voimin liiku. Kuitenkin muka koittivat kerran toimittaa ja lähtivät pois kun ”ei ollut ketään paikalla”. Ei siis soittoa… Kolme miestä palkattuna odottamassa nyt toista päivää. Kalliiksi tulee. Asiakaspalvelusta aina vaan sanotaan, että ovat yhteydessä kuljettajaan ja ilmoittavat.. eivätkä koskaan ilmoita. Toivotonta ja ala-arvoista!

A few years ago this company were very good, but not anymore. I purchase pet food online, unfortunately there
are not any retailers who stock it locally. One occasion should have been 2 packages, only 1 turned up. Thankfully the retailer trusted me and replaced it.
This time, as with other times, advised of a delivery by e-mail. Never turned up. Advised again the next day, given a delivery time of between 0930 - 2000. Another day wasted. It's not fair on the company I use Forthglade, who offer good customer service. However I now have changed the dog food I buy, I can now collect it locally.

Absolutely attritious courier service.Have waited 7 days for a parcel & when they finally attempt to deliver they claim no one was home.
Took a photo of my entrance rather than actually knock the door,The level of their laziness is unprecedented.Not only are their deliveries useless their customer service is non existent you cannot speak directly to anyone other than pre recorded options that eventually just cut you off.
How this company is managing to stay in business is a sorry reflection of the UKs delivery services.No other country would tolerate their ineptitude & deceitfullness.....minus 5 stars would be a just experience.
My partner also waited 3 days for papers related to her work to be collected & once again they failed to collect.Fortunately its my partners company that foots the bill & she has advised them to change parcel courier to one that's reliable,honest & trustworthy DHL are none of these in my honest opinion.
To add insult to injury the courier photographed my parcel today whilst I was home again outside then stole it i will add allegedly though i know differently ( I have 3 witnesses)
Not only did they update that he had delivered my parcel they forged my signature saying I had actually signed for it.
I'm going to their office & I will be ringing the police reporting not only the THEFT but also FORGERY for writing my signature and also FRAUD for forging my signature on a legal document.
These people are the lowest of the low they are morally & ethically bankrupt.
It's also come to my attention that DHL & EVRI have amalgamated.Now they will be TWICE as useless TWICE as deceitful TWICE as lazy

Saksasta tulevalle tilaukselleni oli maksettu kallis ovelta ovelle 24 tunnin pikatoimitus. Toimitus perillä kuuden vuorokauden kuluttua, -ehkä, sillä se ei ole tullut vielä perille. Se lojuu kuljetusyhtiön terminaalissa. En ihmettele yhtään firman huonoa arvosanaa. Kummallista, että firman kuljetukset toimivat kuulema muissa maissa, muttei suomessa.

So we had to get a replacement of a dressing table with a big mirror an it went missing how does that happen with something that heavy! Absolute disgrace what i have heard about these and they have proved it! That was stolen by a worker I have asked Wayfair to use a different company but it’s already done

Odotin kotona pakettia ja puhelimessa äänet päällä. Toimitusikkunan aikana sähköpostiin kiitenkin ilmestyi se legendaarinen "Yritimme toimittaa paketin mutta et ollut kotona." Kukaan ei edes ajanut pihaan. Aivan naurettavaa toimintaa, nyt joudun julkisilla liikkumaan yli puoli tuntia suuntaansa hakemaan tuon paketin. Aivan järkyttävän surkeaa palvelua. Hävetkää.

DHL huono asiakaspalvelu, eivät voineet informoida ajoissa tulli asioita, lisäkuluja ihan turhaan piti maksaa kun eivät informoineet asiasta ja kuinka hoitaa, piti mennä itse selvittää. Aikataulut eivät pitäneet liioin, tuli sentään oikeaan osoitteeseen mihin tilattu, mutta huijattu olo jäi tästä kaikesta.

I ordered a parcel that cost about £80 and I had a notification that said my parcel was delivered.

I went home and nothing was there, I tried calling but the automated line is dreadful with no one answering for missed deliveries I tried their email for help ect.

After a few days to and from it turned out their delivery driver stole the parcel after the amount of s#@t I had to go through with the person who sent it.

Still no word from DHL who by the way have had a charge from the person who sent my parcel and they haven't even spoke to them either!

I wouldn't use these to send a parcel if you paid me..

Todella surkea. Hävittivät pakettini ja syyttävät siitä kaikkia muita ja lupasivat selvittää. Nyt eivät enää vastaa! Paketti on viimeisen kerran ollut heillä Saksassa jonka jälkeen ei mitään tietoa. Todella surkea toiminta kaikinpuolin. Jos mahdollista valitkaa aina joku muu postitus ja huolinta firma kun DHL. Surkeista surkein.

Disgraceful. They claim to have attempted elivery when they have not. The ask you to arrange redelivery, but will not redeliver unless YOU take full responsibility for loss and damage of the item.

i had notification of delivery on a thursday late pm, it did not arrive, then they say it was delivered on the friday and signed by me but the doorway picture was not my house, they did not state which neighbour had accepted the parcel so i had to look up and down my street to find a doorway that matched, it turned out that the owner of the pictured doorway did not accept the parcel and the courier took it elsewhere but have not informed me where it is, i have asked several neighbours but am not knocking every house in my street, so dhl needs to ask their courier WHERE IS MY PARCEL.
update, 17-5, still no reply from dhl other than robot confirmations of my complaints, dhl claim to respond in 1 working day, it has now been 8 working days and not a word from them, WHERE IS MY PARCEL.
19/5, day 10, dhl customer service is as useless as their drivers, not 1 human reply, unbelievable, i have asked the firm i bought from to replace the package and claim from dhl.
UPDATE 28-5, 20 days after my 1st enquiry i have had a human reply saying my complaint is resolved, NO IT,S NO. my supplier could not get a reply from dhl either so they sent e a replacement package with a different courier. dhl say the package is at their depot being returned to sender, so it,s taken 20 days to discover that. appalling customer service, even evri sort problems out quicker.

Maybe they deliver in time, maybe not - maybe you will be informed of the delays/changes, maybe not. Maybe you yourself need to call around to find out the items whereabouts - yes, very much so. Maybe they´ll keep you guessing and waiting in vain - yes, very much so.

An absolute nightmare. Waited in ALL DAY. AUTOMATED SERVICE ADVISED ME THAT PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TODAY AT 15.30HRS AND I SIGNED FOR IT. I DID NOT RECEIVE NOR SIGN FOR ANYTHING. I DONT KNOW WHERE THE COURIER DELIVERED THE PARCEL TO, OR WHO SIGNED FOR IT, BUT IT WASNT ME. I'M VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED, YOU CANT ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON. ATROCIOUS

Like others, if I could give zero I would. Waited in 2 days for a delivery (of wine). No notifications from DHL except using the tracker which said it would be delivered on each of the two days. It wasn’t. Rang the customer (non) service line and waited half an hour to get through. Eventually told that the parcel had been lost and that I now needed to go back to the supplier to follow up. Totally incompetent.
