If I could give zero I would. This is not about a parcel but about a pension held with this group.My deceased mother held a pension with them. I sent all the paperwork of to them as they owed her nearly a years pension payments. 13 phone calls later, numerous emails and forms sent recorded delivery still not received monies owed to mums estate. When I have rung the bereavement line on 2 occasions they have asked to speak to mum! Every time I ring they ask me to go through the whole communications again, give me different time scales, promise to escalate and get back to me. Today they have said the normal time scales do not apply when the person is deceased. Another promise to get back to me…… way to treat a grieving family

Next day delivery now seems to take two days on average. Any excuse for putting up prices, and they have amalgamated with EVRi... Maybe thats why the quality appears to be dropping.

Told delivery would be Friday,its now Saturday and I have had NO communication from DHL.Just called the 'Help' centre and have been told its delayed and the parcel has not even reached the delivery warehouse! I was told to contact the supplier! How the hell are they going to help? Absolutely disgraceful company.

DHL pickled up parcel form Dunelm Manchester on 13th April and after 10 different days saying they were coming
And staying in they say there coming on 27th April 14days can only hope

They don't deserve any stars - delivered my heavy parcel without ringing the doorbell and expect me to be able to get it inside! Shocking service - B&Q you should be looking at who delivers your stock.

Worse than useless - a liability.

I thought this company was a reliable carrier.

The last time my parcel tracked was the 3rd April - it is now the 15th and it seems it has gone. HOW CAN YOU LOSE AN ADDRESSED PARCEL??? - it isn't a small thing.

Euroopasta tilatessa dhl on toiminut ihan hyvin. Nyt en päässyt kesken lähetyksen muuttamaan toimitustapaa lokerosta noudoksi, joka olisi ollut helpompaa kuin päivystää kotona. Muistaakseni on aiemmin onnistunut ilman sovellusta.

I really cannot believe this company is still trading. 4 failed collections. Getting hold of a human by phone is never going to happen. I went online and apparently spoke to a human, but it was obvious it wasn't
Had a conversation, I think, with a human, who took 4 days to get back to me after original conversation.
Apparently they'd been trying to collect from the wrong address! If only there was something handheld where they dial numbers and they speak to the person they were collecting from.
I truly cannot believe in 2026 big company's like this can get it so wrong! Avoid at all costs

DHL parcel is worst thing in many ways. Baddest customerservice ever.

Useless. What’s the point of giving someone a time that you will be delivering and then turning up 30 minutes early. Unsurprisingly, if you tell me when you are coming, that’s when I will be in.

I paid a substantial fee for what was supposed to be a timely delivery of a small letter. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong location, far from the intended destination. I have since been informed that it may take up to five additional days to resolve the issue. Given the high cost of the service, this outcome is extremely disappointing.

The customer support can't help, the process is way too complicated and I have never experienced such a hassle IN MY LIFE!! extremely over priced as well, I hate it so much, i want this company gone

Hyvät ihmiset. Ottakaa paketti toimituspisteelle älkääkä kotiin. Toimitus oli nopea ja nouto helppo. T: Logistiikassa työskentelevä asiakaspalvelija

Eivät toimita paketteja ja kadottavat ne. Asiakaspalvelu on epäasiallinen.

DHL toimitti EXPRESS lähetykseni noudettavaksi kolmen kilometrin päähän kodistani, eli joudun tekemään kuuden kilometrin kävelylenkin hakeakseni. Se on reilun tunnin kävelymatka. KIITOS DHL JA HYVÄÄ JOULUA.

Uskomatonta, että tällä firmalla ei edelleenkään ole mitään toimitustositetta tai kuskit eivät ota kuvaa toimitetusta paketista. Käytännössä kaikki kilpailevat kuriirifirmat toimivat näin.

DHL ilmoittaa edelleen ylpeänä että paketti toimitettu, vaikka kukaan ei käynyt pihassa. Asiakaspalvelua ei Suomessa luonnollisesti ole. Toivomus kaikille kuluttajakauppaa tekeville yrityksille: älkää käyttäkö DHL:ää, ennenkuin modernisoivat järjestelmänsä.

A couple of terrible experiences in the last few weeks. First of all I ordered a high chair from a well known retailer which was lost by DHL. Today I had three parcels delivered, only one of which was mine. They were left outside my gates on a main road in pouring rain. I received no notification that my parcel had arrived. When I found them they were soaking wet and the parcel at the bottom was soggy and the box collapsed. I managed to find the proof of delivery on the DHL website and it stated that the parcels were signed for by Rosie. No one rang my doorbell, no one called Rosie lives at my house. The courier obviously just looked at the name on the parcel and decided to fabricate that the parcels were signed for. Absolute disgrace.

Last 3 deliveries I have had through these people have been dumped on the doorstep in full view of pedestrians walking by and they claim this is a "safe" place. They can't even be bothered to knock on the door. I have been in for each of those deliveries and I only found out it has been delivered is when I have checked the tracking information. It's just pure laziness, they are getting just as bad as Evri. I will avoid from now on as it's only a matter of time before a parcel gets stolen despite me waiting in for it.

FAILED to arrive
Then emailed from DHL that it would arrive on 10/12/25 by 20:00
FAILED to arrive
Then emailed from DHL that it would arrive on 11/12/25 between 15:25 and 17:25
FAILED to arrive
I then rescheduled the delivery to 15/12/25 and it finally arrived on 15/12/25
Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service I have received no apologies whatsoever from DHL for missing THREE delivery slots arranged by them. Will not be ordering anything in the future from companies that use DHL
Unable to award zero star or I would have

No attempt to deliver my package a blank image of my house as proof of delivery, which the driver did not call at! we have cctv and waited in. Call centre robot will not connect you to a human! It just asks the same questions over and over. This company clearly does not want to speak to their customers. The chat feature is the same this company is a joke! The driver is a liar! shocking service.
