Received my 2 carat earrings today and so pleased,had the wow factor when i opened the box ,so pleased I ordered them and only waited 1 day for them , put them in straight away and have had so many compliments they really sparkle and received all the paper work with them ,I was looking at lab created diamonds but went with earth mined as only a small difference in price,so happy with them,thank you so much

I recently purchased a ring from DJU the ring arrived was really pleased even the the appraisal found tiny scratched they offered me a partial refund to get it buffed and polished . Was quite happy to go ahead ,took it to the jewelers to get it polished I asked them to check the quality for me they tested the diamond but told me it was minsonite. I went to another to ask the same I went to three in the end . The last one explained things how they can still test as a minsonite even though they are diamonds . I contacted DJU they where quite angry within the wording of the message. I worked with them to solve the issue but I had lost faith in the ring by this point. But I must add the where faultless in dealing with the issue they payed for it to go back and I sent everything back and had no problem receiving a full refund. Thank you
