Unbelievably class service, felt very calm and comfortable making the purchase, nothing was ever to much trouble, even answered questions on a Saturday and Sunday and while at a child’s birthday party.. paid on Saturday the watch arrived by insured delivery on Tuesday.. seamless transaction from start to finish, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy again from these guys..

I purchased a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41mm from Onaro watches and the overall experience was excellent from the initial reaching out to having the watch delivered. I dealt with James who was very helpful and quick to reply to my queries about the watch l was interested in. One issue l raised was the sizing of the bracelet as l have large wrists and James arranged for the bracelet to be sized to fit and he done a great job as the watch fitted like a glove when l tried it on so no further adjustments were necessary . I was also sent over the watch register certificate plus the invoice and the watch was delivered before 1pm the following day. The overall experience was professional from beginning to end and would highly recommend Onaro when buying a luxury watch and l wouldn't hesitate dealing with James and the team again in the future.

Dealing with James during a recent purchase was a good experience - we had a long discussion about options where there was no hard sell which I appreciated. We settled on a competitive price, then the purchase process itself was straightforward. I was grateful for the protections for buying without seeing the exact watch in person which gave me confidence in case there was an issue. James arranged for delivery and the watch arrived quickly and was carefully packed.

Having bought my dream watch from James at Onaro, I managed to drop it requiring a return to the manufacturer for a prolonged repair.
