Purchased my second watch off Onaro within the last 8 months. Been very pleased with the experience, price and treatment from the guys there. Dealt with Matt and he’s been super professional. Both time pieces purchased were a fair price for market value. Would recommend.

I purchased a Rolex Submariner from James & the Onaro team in December 2025. From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the item and the follow up aftercare, this really was a truly special experience. I purchased the watch for my husbands 50th birthday as he’s always wanted one, he cried when he opened it. James was super helpful throughout the whole process and even arranged a specific delivery date so that my husband wouldn’t see it being delivered. The watch was brand in and in beautiful condition with all the correct authentication papers. This was my first experience buying a high end watch and if the opportunity arises again in the future, I will certainly use Onaro again. 10/10 would recommend.

I first made contact with James Wednesday evening out of work hours.
He got back to me within minutes.
He asked what I was looking for budget etc and sent me over some options suited to myself, I knew what watch I really wanted so chose it he sourced it for me within a couple of days ,
All my silly questions to him were answered without hesitation very quickly.
So we arranged for me to go collect the watch Saturday morning in which James was unavailable with family, I went and meet Matthew who also works there James was in full contact with me even on his day off
