First class experience getting my new watch from the team at Onaro. Very responsive with great knowledge and insight. They do it the way it should be done. No games, no pressure.

I sent my interest in one of the watches they had advertised and James to back to me the same day and organised an appointment at their shop. In person James and Matthew were gentlemen and you can clearly see their passion for the watches and the personal story behind timepieces. They have a great ethos for their business and I will definitely be looking to them in the future when I am ready for my next purchase. I bought the Grand Seiko Elegance GMT and have been wearing it non stop and would like to thank these guys for helping me fulfil this dream!

I recently purchased my first rolex at Onaro and I would say it was beyond a 5-star experience. Honestly, I am just a normal person but they treated me like I am a very very important person. Great experience shopping with Onaro. Both James and Matt were lovely from the start. I got a lovely pristine full set Cartier Santos Medium with a green dial. I’m really happy with their service! Would definitely recommend buying a watch from them. Bonus points they have a lovely boutique right next to the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge.
