It has been over 3 weeks since I placed my order. I have been contacting them for over 2 weeks. It takes forever to get a message and they definitely don't go over and beyond to correct an issue. I ordered multiple items. Half the order was delivered. Other half mysteriously melted after it was marked shipped. I would have never paid the shipping price for the 1 small item I ordered. The slowness and lack of consideration will make me never order again from this company. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Absolutely great experience with a company that is very vested in a positive customer experience. I had address issue they quickly corrected and got the order sent to the correct person!

Accidently ordered to the wrong address and the staff were able to fix it before it was sent out. My friend will be able to enjoy his gift at his own home.

I had to cancel an order when I realized I bought the wrong item and it was super painless! Just sent over any email telling them I messed up and they canceled right away, super duper easy!

Order the congrats box for a co-worker, ended up with a plain box with a melting chocolate in the box. Took 1 week to receive the incorrect item, and email the website 3 times with no response. Do Not Buy

I got this rude package and I know who sent it. This is being added to the harassment case. I don’t understand how a company can use harassment as a business model.

received one and it is not a joking matter. it is harassment by mail. I know who sent it, as he is a simple minded, cowardly and a harasser. The authorities will be notified. This company promotes harassment for COWARDS.

I accidentally entered the wrong zip code and when I emailed the company about the issue they answered quickly and fixed it for me. It was delivered pretty fast as well. My only suggestion is that the customer should have the option to send it with full disclosure. I have no problem with my brother knowing I sent that to him, in fact I wanted him to know!!

Pretty simple.. company is fraudulent. ESP after reading other reviews of the same thing that I’m dealing with. I don’t write reviews.. ever. But this is a bit out of hand. I placed a basic order. They instantly took my money and said I’ll get a confirmation email once it ships. I ordered back on 7/12. No shipment confirmation. Reached out to the “customer service” email. No reply. Week later.. fill out the online “contact us” form. Nothin.. messaged on Facebook twice…Nothing!! Nothing in spam. Junk. Where is my order? This is insane. How can any business conduct themselves like this? Off to contact the fraud department with my bank. Such a shame..

This was completely hysterical! We got our friend good. Sadly our chocolate gift melted before it arrived (thank you Texas heat!!) But the company responded quickly and helped out.
