Used them many of times with great results. Recently had an issue where I messed up the delivery address. They were quick answer my email and make the changes. Great customer service!!!

I have used D By Mail several times over the past few years and have always been completely satisfied. Most recently I needed to update a mistake I made on the recipient’s name, after I had already placed the order. I sent an email with my request and received response within 24 hour. You can’t beat that kind of customer service! Will be ordering again.

Awesome company! I messed up my order and they were more than happy to fix it and did so instantly. 10/10 will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been wanting a reason to send one to someone for a long time and the time finally came! I ordered one for a friend who needed a laugh. I also placed an order for myself to keep some on hand- you never know when the petty urge will strike :)
I did place 2 orders at the same time and the addresses did get smashed together. Luckily I noticed it quickly and contacted customer service. Let me tell you- they ROCKED IT!!! Great communication, speedy resolution, and super friendly.

Customer service is horrible. I sent two emails and two Facebook messages weeks ago, no response whatsoever.

Placed an order and put the wrong address, they were able to fix it right away

I had this sent to my hubby’s job. It came packaged inconspicuously. Apparently when he opened it he ripped the box and glitter went everywhere! I followed it up about a week later with a spring loaded dick-fetti bomb. He’s scarred for life and worried bc I told him I signed him up for the dick of the month club 😂
Fortunately everyone was laughing and shared the gummy d*cks around the shop. I hear they were very tasty

I received this as a threat and part of harassment. We are in a lawsuit and the legal team is subpoenaing the order info. The fulfillment company was super apologetic and gave us the order number etc. nothing is anonymous so be careful. Also for those needing their address it’s 6804 Manilus center Rd.
East Syracuse, NY 13057. Can be dangerous when sent as part of continued abuse.
