DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY... SCAM... SCAM... HEED THIS WARNING. I went on digitaldirecttv.com and was supposed to get 3 months of live streaming to watch my Patriots games. I went through THEIR SITE and watched the game after I paid 17.94 for 3 months. A few weeks later, my local station was not playing the game so I tried to login and it kept saying it didn't recognize me. Long story short - I chatted with somebody clearly from another country and he's telling me to report it because they didn't get the money. THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP... THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ARE THE SCAMMERS. Do NOT pay through this site. I will be reporting them tomorrow when I call my credit card company.

This organisation is terrible

This organisation is terrible. I like a lot of people forgot my password, asked for the option to set new password and the email never gets to me. I tried to contact them by telephone, they have no number listed, only option is email which they do not respond to. Would never use them agaiin.

BEWARE! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This company is a total scam.
I ordered a Nikon Coolpix A900 through Walmart. When the camera arrived - it looked like it had been opened. And there was no instruction manual...Along with the fact that the instruction manual was missing from the place in the box where it belonged. In place of the instruction manual, was a slip of paper suggesting that I could download an electronic manual and software. The problem with that piece of paper was that it directed me to the Canon website. The camera I purchased was a Nikon. I contacted Digital Direct (or Digital&More) and they swore the camera was new. Yeah...right.
After a few months - the camera stopped working properly. It was unresponsive at times when I pressed the button to take a picture. And when viewing pictures I’ve already taken - the rotating dial seems to work at times and then not correctly at other times. After contacting Digital Direct again about this issue - they simply replied "contact Nikon support". I did contact Nikon support - sent in the camera to be repaired - and here's the response I got:
"I am contacting you in regards to the Nikon Coolpix A900 that was sent in for repair. Unfortunately as a Nikon Authorized repair center we are unable to work on this unit. It was verified by Nikon that per the serial number it is Gray Market. This means it was made for distribution outside of the USA."

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! This camera was not even meant for distribution in the United States!!!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

unbelievable!

I ordered a camera through walmart.com in february as a graduation gift for my daughter and it stayed in the same box it was sent in until she opened it in May. she used the camera twice, and when she went to go use it a third time, it wasn't showing anything that the lens was pointing too on the screen. it was all black. in between uses, it was securely in a case in her room. we brought it to walmart and they said they only do 15 day returns and told us to call 1-800-walmart. so we called that number and someone from there told us we need to contact digital direct and more because that was who they got their cameras from. so we tried calling them but the line was always busy. so we sent an email asking for help, and was told we could send in the camera to their address in NY as an exchange. the camera was recieved at the warehouse 4 weeks ago and we have emailed them asking for updates and when we can expect a new working camera, or a refund and have gotten no answers. they even responded at one point with "we receive a lot of packages. sorry" this company's communication and customer service is horrible and i am very upset that i spent a lot of money on a camera that broke after a few uses and that i am being given the run-around on getting my money back or a new camera. unbelievable!

i order online through Walmart then …

i order online through Walmart then found out it was from a third party after i paid for it. shipment is not in and postal scans are electronically generated and no actual physical scan from post office and i can't get a hold of the company and Walmart won't help me with this order. Walmart wants me to deal directly with the company. online purchases are bad especially with Walmart. I never buy from Walmart a friend convinced me to try it and i truly regret not sticking with Best Buy.

Bought a new Nikon D7200 for top dollar …

Bought a new Nikon D7200 for top dollar and received a beat up used camera from their Brooklyn location (1502 East 2nd St). LCD had fingerprints, all the bags were opened, the factory seal was ripped off (had taken some actual box with it), no freaking manual (...?!?!??!), cables had been untied and used, lens was in a seperate box with no padding, flopping around in the box damaged. No one answers the phone, emails bounce back as their inbox is full. How they have a single positive review is beyond me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Dodgy as heck!

Bought a TV. Six week wait, each time I called up intimidating responses such as ' Do you want me to send you this TV or what??'. Then shortly after our credit card was cloned and used in online casinos. Not coincidence, never happened before hasn't happened since. AVOID!!!

DigitalDirect.co.uk is ripping off people, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I have bought a 50" plasma TV around one and half years ago with THREE years extended warranty and now that I have problem with the TV they replied to my email as follows:

“You need to contact LG customer service on 08448 475454 since the company who you bought the TV from and hence the extended warranty no longer exists having gone into receivership last June.
Elitemark the company I work for bought the name Digital Direct and its web site from the receiver but does not have any responsibility for the extended warranties.
Since the company you purchased the TV from does not exist you will have to order and pay for your own repair/replacement, either via LG or another company.”

CONCLUSION:
1- If they are giving good customer service it because to get more sales and then go bankrupt.
2- The new company might go into receivership too.

Excellent

I ordered a new TV from this company, asked the salesman (Michael) some very technical questions which he answered very competantly and honestly.
The TV arrived exactly when he said it would. I even found the delivery driver very helpful and polite.
Would definately reccomend this company (no matter what people moan on about the owners)

Don't ever use this company

On May 4th 2010 order was placed with Digital Direct for a 46” Panasonic Plasma TV. It was listed as being “in stock”. Delivery to be within 7 working days but may extend to 10 working days in busy periods from order date.

On May 5th Payment of £1099.00 was taken from our account

14th May no TV or email advising of delayed delivery. Phoned VBA Logistics (information given as contact re deliveries). I was informed to contact Digital Direct as they had no delivery details for this order. Advised by DD that they were waiting for the stand.

21st May Rang again – still waiting for stand.

27th May – Rang again – still waiting for stand – advised we would be away and would check on our return re progress.

7th June Rang again – no answer – tried all day and rang operator who advised this company had digital phones and that there was no problems with the line. The “Chat Live” was down on the website as well.

8th June Rang again – tried all day again still no answer on any number and the “Chat Live” was still down. In the end – sent an email. Actually got a response to say that “they were experiencing technical problems with their system – no phones for 2-3 days.

9th June Rang again – spoke to Michael who couldn’t fill order for another 3to 4 weeks so I asked for a full refund and gave my card details. He said it would be in my bank within 2-3 days.

12th June – no refund so spoke to Michael again who confirmed he had made the refund and to give it another day or two.

14th June – Full refund appeared on my bank statement.

24th June – Received letter from Begbies Traynor advising that VBA Ltd trading as Digital Direct, Future House, Express Trading Estate, Stonehill Road, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 9TP 01204 797695, had gone into Administration.

The letter also states that “VBA Ltd has been purchased by Elitemark Limited”. The Directors of VBA Ltd who are 50% shareholders also own 50% of Elitemark Limited!!

Please avoid at all costs

Worst retailer I have ever come across. Ordered a TV because it was cheaper than anywhere else. BIG MISTAKE. Has been 6 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. I have called every week and got the same response "We will send you an email in the next few days confirming your delivery date". Even worse, they dare to charge £50 for "delivery" and told me that if I wanted to cancel and get a refund, the delivery charge would not be refunded! Please everyone, save yourself the hassle and get your TV from somewhere reputable, the tenner or so which you might save is simply not worth it.
