When I went to this website having purchased from it before having had a positive experience, I didn't expect the poor customer service I would experience this time round.
I have suffered unfortunately, most of my life, at some time or another, like most others, an annoying cough all with our own analogy or word we use to best describe just how bad the cough is. I acknowledge that there are some people who are far more intelligent than me out there, they are called Doctors and that some coughs require are far more serious level of investigation. For some reason, and only the people at DIMEC know, be it they deny it or not, because I had brought the item before from them, refused to sell me the item, 1 can only assume because they thought I am a "Hillbilly Heroin" abuser as one Doctor joked with me re this incident.
I wouldn't normally take such things to heart but I expect a higher level of questioning and decorum from Pharmacist Doctors and as someone that has anxiety issues about wasting Doctors time, its this sort of behaviour, which I am sure he or she has justified in their own head is fine and covered their own arbusem, it's not fine & I am thankful to Clear Chemist and their Doctors for their help.
