Great service, let down by courier.
Always reasonable prices and super quick to dispatch.
Real shame it took 3 attempts to deliver to me, even though I was in the whole time.
Not directly DD’s fault, but part of the overall experience.

Product was good but prices were not…
Product was good but prices were not clearly displayed on the website as in I thought they were including VAT as they didn't say otherwise. Every other website I use clearly states if the item is including or excluding VAT. I only found out on completing the order that the VAT was added on.

DD are a supplier you can trust.
I placed two orders on separate days, the first for a Panasonic M91 induction motor and gearbox, the second for a drive sprocket, drive belt and locking element; all for a Klargester septic tank.
The parts were delivered next day before 12 on both occasions, securely packaged and in excellent condition. All parts were original and new.
My service engineer wanted £1200 plus VAT to supply and fit the same parts.
Direct Drainage were equal to or less than the best price on the internet.
Direct Drainage had all the required items in stock.
Direct Drainage came through on their delivery commitments.
I paid a total of around £350, my own labour to fit was „free“ and I have saved close on £1000 versus my engineer’s quote.
What more could you want from a drainage parts supplier?
