The Operator was very hard to…
The Operator was very hard to understand and spoke very quickly. Was abrupt when I explained i didnt need my internet service connected and kept trying to upsell me even though i explained I was in a hurry and only needed Electricity. He left me feeling irate at the company as I know he was only following the script
