My cushions on my corner suite had seen better days. The sofa is over 15yrs old and felt like you were sitting on the floor! Discovering Direct Foam was like an epiphany. When the cushions (4) came back i couldn't believe how much they transformed my corner suite. Its so much more comfortable now, worth every penny. The ladies over the phone were helpful and friendly. I’ve been looking to refurbish my conservatory cushions, after 20 years they were looking very flat.
After looking at all the options I came across Direct Foam. The great things is they do everything for you, the hardest bit for me was getting the old foam out of the covers.
Once this was done sent off the cushions covers and amazingly they came firm and looking like new. The carrier DPD were also excellent keeping me informed at all times.

I don’t often recommend firms but I’ve no hesitation in recommending this firm.
Also they answer the phone immediately no annoying music while keeping you on hold.

Ordered the premium foam for my sofa. Paid £430 for the 4 cushions. Order process was quick and easy, and they were super responsive. Delivery was smooth. Around a month after they arrived; two of the cushions have started to sink. Iv emailed on 3 occasions now (almost 4 weeks ago) and still no response. We’ve just had a baby so comfort is paramount for my partner. Having to replace these with another company.

The items are perfect - cut to the exact sizes and quality exactly as described. Delivery well before the estimated date.
The website is marvellous - differing shapes, densities and firmness. All parameters explained very clearly so that ones knows exactly which type, density etc is required. In my opinion the best business from which to purchase memory foam cushions / matresses.

I would highly recommend Direct Foam. The process from start to finish was second to none. I applied on their website for a quote to re-foam my sofa seats and backs, I was sent a bag to send my covers to them, I had a quote sent via email, I agreed and paid over the phone, then I had everything back in a week after payment. It cost me a few quid, but much cheaper than a new sofa. Also over £250 cheaper than a well known company. Don't be scared if you don't accept their quote, you will get your covers back!

Delighted with the service and fast turnaround. Opted to send the cushion covers in and the result is perfect. Our outdoor furniture looks like new again.

This company is great! I used the service where you send your covers to them to ensure a perfect fit. It was quick and easy. Customer service is also very good.

The best thing though is my saggy old cushions are now like new. So thrilled with the results.

Absolutely superb cushions and made exactly to my specifications for my campervan, the antracite material is lush and the premium foam with stockinette is real comfy, great price and excellent delivery with 1 hrs time slot, would definitely recommend.

I decided to purchase new sofa cushions and take advantage of the cushion cover collection service to ensure that the size was right. The cushions were made and despatched to DPD who could not understand the address for some reason and returned them to Direct Foam. The same thing happened a second time but somewhere along the way they were lost, along with my cushion cover! I had to provide Direct Foam with details and a sample of the material and they arranged for the manufacturer to make up new covers. Today I received the new cushions and covers and I am absolutely delighted with both. It has taken nearly 7 weeks and I might have been steaming, but the ladies at Direct Foam have been so good, keeping me in the loop, chasing suppliers, and refunding my money. They couldn’t have done more, hence the 5 stars. I am sure this was a ‘one off’ and it wouldn’t stop me from using this company again. Thank you Michelle,Stacey and Shannon. Many companies could learn a lot about customer service from you!

I needed a replacement filling for one of the large armchairs of our lounge suite. The filling wasn't originally foam but I thought I would try foam as a replacement as it was more affordable. The order was easy to complete on their website. The foam was sent quickly and was exactly the right size and does the job well.

Had replacement cushions for 2 sofas. One set had a problem but they were replaced without any issues. The replacements were perfect just like the first set. Really helpful company, easy to contact and they care about your satisfaction. Really recommend them.

The cut to size service is very good as it meant that I could get a window seat cushion that fits perfectly into our old cottage. The only downside was the cost of the post and packaging.
