Fraudulent company!!!

Fraudulent company!!!! All these reviews are fake.
Before you lose your money search uk companies house, the company doesnt exist in uk , the phone number is a switch board to India you will get through once in a hundred calls. Keep calling and speak to the person india and you will see. They drop ship you cheap items you didnt order then try and prolong it and drag it on saying sorry will -re-send it ect

Item lost in transit then redelivered incorrectly

Items guaranteed delivery by Nov 28th, still not delivered past Dec 10th with no updates. Finally, after a 7-day review, I was told the package was lost (after customs fees were paid) due to their 1* rated courier, Aramex. The items were reshipped, after being told they had stock, then they didn't, then they did... finally arrived on Jan 19th, only 2 out of 45 items in a £4.6k order. Now 2 months late, and attempting to cancel and refund the order.

Ordered before christmas, Item has still not arrived, although I did receive a totally different product addressed to me but for someone else!

I recently purchased this recorder

I recently purchased this recorder, and I’m impressed with how easy it was to set up and start using right away. The intuitive design meant I could begin recording within minutes, without needing to consult lengthy instructions.
Performance-wise, it’s doing exactly what I expected—and more. Compared to other recorders I’ve tried, this one stands out for its reliability and simplicity. The sound quality is clear, and the controls are responsive, which makes it ideal for quick, hassle-free use.

Im still waiting for a Christmas…

Im still waiting for a Christmas present that I ordered at beginning of December. Have contacted by Webchat -no answer. Twice emailed on different occasions and told me that to wait seven days although tracking info lead to nowhere and still says item in transit. Answered phone then cut me off, tried again immediately and no answer. No way of speaking to a human to resolve issue and currently and out of pocket and no present to give to wife and no time frame of when this can be resolved. Can t cancel order as apparently in transit. Do not use this company, says fast delivery to UK but everything about them is a scam

Received item later than expected

I purchased my item on 6th December with delivery for 13th to 20th December. I have chased several times because my order has not even been dispatched. I have been advised that they are still processing my order, it’s been 10 days. I know they will not be able to deliver as promised but they have taken my money. The sad thing is it is now too late for me to source the item and purchase elsewhere in time for Christmas. Poor customer service. I do not think they even had the item to sell in the first place.
How do they get away with advertising products they don’t even have?
Updated 27th December - after leaving a one star review I was contacted by Direct Nine and they did look into the situation and pushed for my item to be delivered. I received it on 27th, unfortunately too late for Christmas, however, I am grateful for their assistance and have therefore amended my review from one star to three stars.
The item was exactly as described.

Failed to supply despite taking my money.

I ordered an item from DirectNine, 10 days after accepting my order and taking my money, i receive an email from them suggesting i had requested to cancel the order, having contacted them by 'Webchat' because they wont answer the phone, the reality of the situation is they never actually had the goods to sell and couldn't obtain the item so cancelled my order. Just what you don't need a week before Xmas, was they bothered, did they offer a solution or alternative item, No. Should they be taking money from people for goods they don;t have, I don't think so!

I would recommend staying away

Placed an order for a projector on 16/9 specifically for a Halloween display. I received a very quick acknowledgment of my order. However, after not hearing from the company for a couple of weeks I decide to chase the order. It took several days to receive a reply and was told they were looking into the order and the delay. Then nothing.
Chased again and was given hollow apologies for the delay. Then nothing.
Chased again and was told my order was lost in transit. How very convenient.
They promised to place another order and was then told my chosen item was out of stock. It was a specific projector for Halloween. I ordered it in plenty of time.
The company then offered 20% off on a different model, a month after I placed my initial order .
Now I don’t have anything for my Halloween display and I have disappointed my family. I was going to use this same projector for Xmas. So further disappointment. I had researched projectors and this was the only company I found that offered this specific model before their bait and switch approach.
I know that there are more important things in life to worry about but I put my faith in this company and they have let me down.
Poor experience all round.
I didn’t want 20% off a different projector. This also showed a lack of understanding of the issue.

I have asked for a full and immediate refund. After receiving three responses from different people about my refund, it finally came through. The refund should have been immediate but even this took too long.
Don’t waste your time.

Update: I have received my refund and now the company has asked me to change my review.
My entire experience with this company was poor.
Several different people replied to my Trustpilot review and apologised for my experience. However, this shows further incompetence. If they were a professional organisation, they would have sent one apology and had a single person deal with my issue. There would have been a record of my complaint and it would have been clear to see at what stage the investigation and resolution process had been completed.

Everyone makes mistakes and I often judge an organisation on how they handle the situation when a mistake or an issue arises. This company was poor all round.
