Ordered tiles on line as advertised on web site that they were a stock item. Purchased on line. Couple of days later advised that had to be bought in with 6 week lead time throwing my project timeline. Team kept me informed and goods finally arrived on final promise date, well packaged. Probably wouldn't buy on line without first checking accuracy of web info..

We looked everywhere for a really good quality porcelain marble effect time for our bathroom renovation and Direct Tiles had the perfect tile. Their customer service was excellent and we are so pleased with the finish of our bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous company. Firstly I love the ARCHITONIC TAUPE tiles I bought for my kitchen floor, very well priced. When one box arrived broken ( probably the courier) they promptly replaced that box. When I realised I was a couple of boxes short they managed to arrange an express, next day delivery, despite the current driver problems ( Brexit, again !).....very personal and swift service. Thanks especially to Steve. Excellent company to to do business with.

I ordered a Oikos blue sample tile last month and it arrived very quickly. It was perfect for our new bathroom plans and so I ordered wall and floor tiles ( to match ) over the phone. Customer service was excellent. Delivery was prompt and we are delighted with the results. Our fitter had no problem with cutting or fitting them. They have made our new bathroom look fantastic.

Ordering was very simple on line and the sample arrived the next day. The tiles were very good quality. Excellent communication from the young lady who telephoned when there was a slight delay. The customer service was beyond expectation and very refreshing, given the decline in recent customer service I have received in shops. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Very high quality porcelain tiles at a very reasonable price. Delivered promptly, well secured on a palette. I would have no hesitation in using this company again, in fact they would be my first choice.

Absolute brilliant company. I knew exactly what i wanted from a picture i saw in a magazine. Once found i contacted Direct Tile they were brilliant. They advised that the tiles in the picture were lighter shades than in the photo - i appreciated their honesty but was not disappointed, they look brilliant and my builder has even said he loves them too

We bought tiles here a couple of months ago and were delighted with the product and excellent service from David. We went back last week to buy kitchen tiles. David was not there and unfortunately the guy who served us didn't seem particularly interested. We chose a tile but they were not in stock. Didn't offer to check when they'd be in as he said it could be ages as there is a nationwide shortage of tiles. Didn't suggest anything else so we left and bought tiles in another retailer where there was no evidence of a national shortage.

I simply can't fault these guys, excellent service and communications and the tiles were everything I'd hoped they'd be. Ordering again soon.

Excellent service from this company. They were very helpful when I was choosing tiles for around a swimming pool. Gave good advice.

I found the tiles I wanted on line. Then I found the same tiles at Direct Tile Warehouse cheaper. They were the same tiles because I sent for samples from both companies. The tiles from DTW were delayed because the were not in stock but as soon as they came in they were shipped. Very good service when I phoned to make an enquiry. Well packaged and delivered on a pallet and only a couple of tiles were chipped which I wasn’t bothered about because you always need tiles that are going to be cut anyway. Very very happy from start to finish. Thank you,

Even though my tiles were delayed from their supplier, my queries were always responded to quickly and efficiently within 20 mins of an e-mail.

I was willing to let this go but it’s now happened a second time. After placing my order a week prior to delivery, the tiles didn’t show up on the arranged day. After booking the day off work (unpaid), I rang customer services up 4pm and was told don’t worry, they’ll still arrive by 8pm, of course they didn’t. So that was my whole day and night waiting for something that didn’t come. They eventually arrived 3 days later which I needed to go another day unpaid, waiting around at home. The tiles looks great, however 18 of them were shattered, so they’re currently replacing them. I was told they would be with me today, just rang up this morning to confirm this, which they did. However, I rang up the courier to further confirm this and they’ve said they won’t be arriving until the day after. Thoroughly sick and tired of not being told straight facts, I have a life and the majority of the last week has been myself just waiting and messed about. I just wish they were straight with me and told me I’m sorry, but it won’t be arriving until tomorrow, rather than it will be with you tonight. Atleast I can accept that, with this method they’re currently using, I’m just getting stringed along. Once again, the tiles are great quality and look brilliant. But I’m so miffed off with how much I’ve been messed around. I do understand the courier company is under stress at the moment, however I shouldn’t have been promised a date if there was a likely chance it wouldn’t arrived. Just be straight up.
