Straight forward product advice and easy ordering. Telephone call to arrange a delivery which was completed within 2 days of ordering. Delivered, assembled, assist with dismantling and moving (not removing of course) of "old recliner". Demo of new chair etc done methodically and with patience. Can't fault process. Thanks by the way!

I ordered a wheelchair and before I ordered I asked what the delivery time would be as I wanted a wider chair which they knew about before I placed my order and I was told it would take 3 to5 days for delivery, so I placed my order it took over 2 weeks after many phone calls if you could get hold of anybody I was told at this point it was a special order which I was not told at the time of order it is a great wheelchair not I will not be dealing with this company again

Turntable excellent for standing supported transfers and seems to work well on all surfaces.

No reservations. Both excellent design and quality and just what I needed.
Delivery received three day from order and would recommend the company for product and service.
The Tri-Walker is slightly narrower in width than the Rollator and is more ideal in the home.
The Tri-Walker is preferred when shopping.
Both can be folded for storage and transportable by car.

Delivery company didn't even attempt to deliver to me and why returned it and discount mobility were very apologetic

I'm disappointed to say I thought I was getting a good deal. Unfortunately despite the ad referring to a basket & a lockable box behind the seat neither were provided. I'm somewhat surprised because a previous review says the basket was not very good quality. That said I relied on the ad, as we all do, when distant buying.
The scooter arrived with one key and no insurance. It took two calls to get the key in the post.
Initially staff appeared helpful however after placing the order things changed. I had to call twice to establish payment had been received so that a delivery date could be provided as well as calls for keys and calls regarding the faults.
The mobility scooter is lovely however the seat is clearly positioned on an angle, yes i know its a minor problem but I was quoted £80 to correct it (its a month old & arrived like this - its still under warranty).The unit has an electrical short. I wasnt allowed to talk to an engineer (don't know if they actually have them.)
I love my scooter but I'm very disappointed with the service and the false advertising information.
IF I received what was advertised I'd have given 4 stars.

Great product my partner has fibromyalgia and it has given her some independence back i would recomend this company to anyone ☺

I found Discount Mobility to be really helpful and having checked prices everywhere were the cheapest in the UK for our mobility scooter. Delivery was quick and they set up our scooter and were highly informative. Could recommend more
