Was sent the wrong part, even though description said with rear ac. Sent it back on June 12, 2026. Still waiting for refund on June 28, 2026 and they’ve had it since June 22, 2026

Affordable quality parts and fast shipping

I have had good results with discountacparts.com. The first compressor I got from them went bad and leaked oil in the first year. They replaced it free of charge. They are easy to deal with, ordering is easy, prices are reasonable and shipping is fast. However, their packaging does leave some to be desired. Overall, I will continue to buy from them.

Was sent the wrong part then they hassled me then strong arm me for more money for them to ship new part. Then new part comes and clip is broke. Will never use this company ever again!

Items as described & shipped promptly. A little more detail on the info page would have been helpful. I received a compressor, accumulator, filter/expansion valve, & oil. Runs great with discharge air in the high forties.

The AC compressor actually did show up, so I'll give them that. But it wasn't exactly what I ordered and the customer service has been completely non-existent. I've sent three emails trying to get this sorted out and haven't heard a single peep back. It's frustrating to drop this kind of money and then be ignored. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, even if it costs a little more.

I got a ac compressor kit from them with condenser and expansion valve. The images on there site clearly shows the connector on the compressor matching the one I have now. Yet the one I received did not. I call them explaining that I received the wrong part. There solution was to splice the connector from the old compressor to the new one. You heard that right now send me a new compressor not even send me a new connector to splice on. So I instead had to go buy a new compressor from a local automotive store since I only had time to do it that weekend. I feel a victim of false advertisement as there is no mention of having to splice the connector in the listing and no direction on how to do it. The customer service I talked to seemed to not care and provided no help on the matter just telling me to return the compressor. So thank you for tricking me and waisting my time and money. Come here if you want to get screwed. Here is a tip include instructions on how to splice it and send the connector and put that in the listing. It's insane that was left out blatantly tricking your customer base is wild.

I ordered an a/c kit for my 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck. All of the parts arrived alot sooner than I expected. I replaced my entire a/c system minus the evaporator and did it for less than $300. Everything fit like it was OEM parts. I saved so much money! The condenser was badly bent, but that was UPS's fault which they refuse to accept responsibility for, but I'll buy a/c parts here again.

My experience was great,
the parts I recieved were excelent including the denso compressor, this system installed correctly, charged and is better than ever on my 07 tacoma with 270,000 miles.
Great purchase. the only downside is the sealing washers,not enough and had to reuse a few old ones, their count was not accurate

This company does not refund parts that fail within a year.

Ordered new part under warranty and fronted money. I got the part, but have not gotten a refund since July.

This used to be a good company but may have been bought and is sliding downhill.

Get your stuff somewhere else. you will sleep better.

DONT BUY , DONT BUY, We got a tracking number and a list of items that where supposedly ship. We got half of order. The other half is in Bayonne, NJ UPS hub, most likely lost. I contacted the company to file a claim with UPS and send a replacenent but they ckaim there ststem is down for over a week and they can't process the claim refund or replacement. Meanwhile I'm stuck with my problem. I don't have the part I ordered or the money I paid this people.

Terrible service and even worse product quality. Getting the right part is at best 50-50. And you're charged to return the faulty parts per label. My experience with an A/C compressor for a 2014 Chevy Equinox convinced me that this company is a fraud. One can only imagine how many customers are screwed over by these people. I order an AC Compressor for my 2010 BMW X5 x30iDrive...... I originally ordered a unit that would fit a 6-groove pulley, they sent me a unit that would only fit a 4 groove pulley. Obviously would throw off my timing for the BMW and it would not work. I emailed, called, everything on several occasions to get the correct part. NOTHING. Not a thing back. I tried disputing this with my credit company, but Discount AC Parts spoke with them to the point it could go through. I have all of my documentation proving I went every avenue to get this rectified, and they did nothing. Now I'm out $400 because their customer service is horrible, you can't understand anyone on the phone, and they never respond to a sales email. I'll be filing a consumer report with my state and the federal agencies because of these deceitful practices.

Well I received all the parts in a timely manner.. didn't have them installed until 11/14/ 2024 by Caporale Automotive,didn't know I had to order a evaporator core so that was a little pricey.......hopefully your warranty stands behind these parts for the next two years without any hidden issues.....everything is working great " ice cold air " Thanks Much!!!

Dishonest! Marketed parts leading customer to believe are U.S. made but they’re Chinese.

I pointed out I could’ve bought the same part for half at two other sources but chose them because they lead you to believe you will be getting U.S. Made part. I demanded a partial refund to match the others.

DiscountACParts is Discount Auto Parts. They totally ignored me when messaging on their site and several emails!

Terrible when Americans are treated this way in America with American companies!
