Lied to about having parts, given FedEx tracking that was useless
This company didn't have parts for two months for the wheelchairs they sell. Then when I waited the two months (while going without my wheelchair which is my lifeline) they told me that the parts would be in the follow day and placed an order for me, charging my card. They said I would receive a tracking email the following day. After two days I emailed asking for a status and received a tracking number. FedEx said that they hadn't received the package after five days so I called today and was told they don't even have the parts yet.
