Divan Beds Centre Reviews

Gopal really came to my rescue when I was on a very tight deadline to get Ziplink beds for my serviced accommodation property. He managed to have my bed manufactured and delivered within just 48 hours, which was incredible! I’m very happy with the bed itself, and the delivery team were also excellent. Many thanks to Gopal for the outstanding service.

I recently purchased Ottoman beds from Divan Beds Centre and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ordering process online was smooth and straightforward, with a great discount offered too.

The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive—communicating clearly via both phone and email. Booking delivery was simple, and I appreciated the regular updates throughout.

The delivery team was prompt, polite, and very efficient. Everything was handled with care and professionalism.

I'm already placing another order for more beds and would highly recommend Divan Beds Centre to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

I own a guest house so therefore bed quality is most important. all the beds that I have had over past 7 years have been amazing but on top of that the service that I get is off the charts. They are able to fit in with my schedule and are prompt when delivering.
My son now uses them in London and cannot say enough about quality and service. I will not be shopping anywhere else and nor will my guests who have bought beds from Divan centre as a result of staying in our guest house.

Excellent Experience, super helpful staff, questions always answered immediately, and delivery was on time. Will buy from this company again!

I was a bit worried ordering online but the bed was such a good price. I also had email correspondence with customer services who were able to do a made to measure headboard for me so it fit under a window sill. Such excellent service. Bed was delivered and we are very happy with the quality

Extremely rude sales person who didn't listen to my questions and didn't answer them but rather kept peddling what he thought was "good" for me and what he thought I needed.
When I confronted him and told him I want straight answer to my question he told me I can get my bed from somewhere else - which I did! It is hardly a competitive product that is not sold by others.
Having just read the bad reviews I was glad I didn't proceed with this company.

Read on the other one star reviews - you will see many referring to the rude customer service and operator.

Received the ottoman small storage divan today and it is excellent quality a very reasonable price and gives significant additional storage in the divan base. Just 4 days from order to delivery. Came fully assembled which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery company was polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Divan Beds Centre

Good quality of bed base, easy to assembly and it came well protected.
I ordered the matress aswell, and definitely it meet my expectations!
No issues at all!

We are delighted with our recent purchase from Divan Bed Centre. Delivery was prompt and everything well wrapped. The quality is better than I expected and the versatility of one larger bed with the smaller one underneath but rolls out when needed is just what we wanted. Good company. Very satisfied customer, happy to commend the company unreservedly.😀

Team don't answer calls directly. Calls are managed by third party.

Ordered three new beds for a rental property - one super king and two twin zipped king size beds. With headboards and mattresses. Ordering process was so simple, prices were competitive, delivery came to the hour that we requested, and the bed quality is fabulous. The headboards look very luxe, and it was great to have additional drawers etc. Cannot fault using this company and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Ordered a king size bed, which arrived within their timescales. Email correspondance regarding delivery and their assembly guide were well received.
The bed is exactly as described on their website.
I had an issue where we had mislaid a linking bar and Gopal in their Customer Services team sent out another one which arrived within 48 hours.
