Will buy again.
Thanks Gopal

Great service, mattress ordered not delivered day we needed to pick up so they gave us another one worth a lot more and didn't charge the extra!

The first set of zip&link mattresses were not what I was expecting or happy with.
I contacted Customer Services who worked hard to resolve the issue and we sorted out a different set of mattresses which I am much happier with.

This company’s customer service helpline was good at answering my questions openly and in a friendly manner. Delivery was efficient and they kept me well informed.
My reservation in not scoring them higher is that the my zip link bed frames are lightweight and feel cheaply made. The fabric cover is roughly stapled to the wooden frame giving the appearance of something really fundamentally cheap.

The mattresses supplied are however of good quality and I would say that they were accurately described as ‘medium firm’ just as I had ordered.

Be aware that the full length suitcase storage space bed version has just a space with no interior drawer/frame. You suitcases will be housed on your floor with the middle support wooden bracket present on the other styles just absent. The fabric cover for the suitcase space is just secured by being under the weight of the mattress-no velcro or such like. Again feels like a cost cutting exercise rather than a good design choice.

If you can afford more then perhaps go see your beds in store rather than risk buying on line to avoid the disappointments listed above.

You might just get what you pay for on this one.

Having left the review below they then contacted me via email and telephone and have now replaced the base with what I ordered (after I refunded the refund)

The service was quick and the bed is good for the price.

I ordered a superking base and mattress. Arrived quickly but the base did not have the drawers I ordered. I tried to speak to someone to get this resolved. They refunded the price without speaking to me, of the drawers but now I am left with a bed I didn’t order. No one emailed or called back. Not given any other choice. Very disappointed

Phoned the company and a ‘specialist’ was suppose to phoned me back. Promptly a gentleman did.
I wanted to order some bespoke sized ( as advertised) divan bases 120 cm x 200 cm. I was told they only dealt in foot and inches. I asked if they could translate my metric given size but I was told to turn to an other company as they could not do it. So UNPROFESSIONAL! Great Britain changed into the metric system 1965! You would expect a ‘specialist’ would know after 58 years!

We live at an address that is difficult to access for deliveries. Customer care helped to meet our needs throughout the ordering process and made sure our delivery was made in a small van that could access our road. Ordering, tracking and delivery were all very smooth. Would definitely return as a customer

A good company to buy from. Fast shipping, and good customer service. I had an issue , and they contacted me immediately and helped me solve it. I recommend them👍👍

I needed to buy a 6 foot zip and link bed and Divan centre had one for the same price as two single mattresses. I received with free delivery on the date I wanted and got the bed and the zip mattresses all for a great price. Delivery was great, very friendly and took the five boxes, including the headboards to a room at the back of the house. A better service than some large national companies who still haven’t delivered as promised! I have now put them all together with the headboards. I’m really happy with the quality and material and structure. Thank you very much.

Lovely mattresses delivered and found the company understand and professional. Thank you for the help.

What a great company. Nothing to much trouble. Fast delivery. With a very nice driver(very polite) the item I purchased(double base sprung divan). So well made & very soft to sleep on. Highly recommend divan centre. Thank you

Second bed I have bought from them. Excellent for the price. Special mention to delivery guys who went that extra mile

I bought 2 single beds from the Divan Beds Centre and the delivery and service was quick and efficient.

A pleasure to deal with this company, great prices and wonderful service from start to finish, ordered twice in the last 8 weeks, one little issue that was quickly resolved satisfactorily, brilliant customer service and delivery was excellent kept updated every step of the process, highly recommended.

We bought a bed from this company recently which we are very happy with.

However, I always think that what separates a great company from an average one is the customer service. This company really excelled in their customer service when dealing with an issue we had with the bed. They communicated really effectively and did everything they said they were going to do. We would definitely buy again from them as we now have high confidence in them.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The trundle divan is amazing. Great quality at a great price. Delivered in 4 days by 2 very polite friendly young men. Thankyou guys you were both great. Thankyou also Divan bed centre. I will be recommending you to everyone.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help and excellent service. Our bed arrived today, in terrible weather, but the drivers were brilliant and friendly, and handled our delivery with care. Our bed was so easy to put together and is soooo comfortable. Really glad I found your web site.

Ordered a bed less than a week ago and received today. Excellent communications from the team and a good quality bed. Thank you.

The beds we ordered are fab, delivered on time by a very professional and polite team. Customer service are excellent, kept us fully informed at all times and helped when we needed to change the delivery schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.

Responded to my concern and misunderstanding with a satisfactory promise of an appropriate refund.
