Recently had a new door fitted. It is amazing, superb quality and price was perfect.
The fitter noticed an anomaly with the door stating it wasn’t perfect, so arranged for it to be sorted. This was done within the week. (We didn’t even notice the issue so fair play to them they could have just left it).
The sales process was effortless with no usual hard sell. A price was given no haggling or phoning someone else.
A superb experience from start to finish.

We had two windows fitted by DNA and were really happy with the outcome. The windows were fitted within the timescale given and the fitters were neat and tidy. Couldn’t fault the service from start to finish.

I have been very impressed with DNA, we had a front door, back door and a large set of sliding doors installed. Very impressed with all the people we dealt with from initial order through to installation. Friendly staff and always left the house very clean. I have had a couple of teething problems which have been fixed very quickly with no fuss. I have already recommended DNA to friends who have placed orders and will continue to do so.

We have had a very large patio/door fitted which is superb. The fitters were very efficient and professional, tidying up after their work. The unit itself is great, with a very easy sliding door and secure locking.

Everything about the fitting from the initial sales meeting, contact with the office and the fitting was conducted in a professional manner. The fitters were very experienced and kept us informed at all stages, nothing was too much trouble. The product looks fabulous and has improved both the look and insulation of the house. The price for the windows and doors was only slightly more than other quotes and significantly lower than others but it was certainly worth paying the small amount extra. I would recommend DNA Home Improvements.

We’ve had a very bad experience with them which is still ongoing because they ignore emails and letters. We had a conservatory done in November last year that leaks, plastering poor, after sales is non existent please avoid .
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the door looked. On my street other neighbours have PVC doors and they do look like PVC doors whereas my door doesn't. 😐 Thank you DNA for doing a good job

Thank you DNA for an excellent job. Great help and advice when ordering our new door. It was delivered and fitted even sooner than quoted. The fitters Liam and Conner were very courteous and professional paying great attention to detail, a great credit to the company. We are delighted with the finnished job and thoroughly recommend DNA for service, quality and fair price.

I did phone on the day front door was fitted to complain about the finish at the bottom of the inside of the door. I called fitters back who took a photo of the damaged area to report back to you. I am still waiting a response. I certainly would not have purchased this door if i had seen it on display. I expected the door to be perfect for what we have paid for it

Overall very pleased. The wrong design of window and the wrong glass was ordered and we accepted the frame because it was for the side of the house, but asked them to reorder the glass. Not sure how the sure an obvious mistake was made but it’s not a problem.
Fitting wise there were a few damages to the wall inside the door (not due to installation) but nothing that couldn’t be fixed.

DNA windows were excellent from start to finish. After being messed around by several local companies and one huge national company, the service and speed provided by DNA was a breath of fresh air.
We were very well communicated with from beginning to end. The first visit and subsequent survey were done within 3 days, and the whole job, including some extra building works, was completed without any fuss, around three weeks later.
Nothing was too much trouble, both the builders and fitters did a great job. Would definitely recommend DNA windows and we will use them again in the future.

We asked DNA to fit a new front door. We were given plenty of choices and helpful advice. An approximate fitting date was given which was accurate. When the fitters arrived they worked quickly and completed the work by lunchtime. We are very happy with our new door.

DNA supplied and fitted a Rock Door. From the initial appointment to completion all staff were very friendly and polite.

When our door arrived a date for fitting was arranged quickly and on the day the fitting workmanship was excellent.

We love our door and would not hesitate to recommend DNA.
