Dock Pharmacy Reviews 

I placed an order in November and was notified that it had been dispatched a couple of days later so all good but I did expect that there might be a delay in my receiving it due to Royal Mail strikes. I had placed orders with other companies after ordering from Dock Pharmacy, these were dispatched & then received by myself via Royal Mail so I began to be concerned about where my order was, I contacted the pharmacy, received quite curt responses & 13 days from my first contacting them, I still have not received my product or even a refund. DP had provided some tracking details initially & asked me to confirm if I knew the person who had apparently signed for the package, obviously, I didn't & the tracking shows the order is in a completely different city! I have had to chase this issue up many times. I was informed my order would be resent (if I understood it correctly) and I requested it to be sent quickly (more RM strikes ahead) & possibly via a different courier but now Dock Pharmacy is not replying to my messages asking for confirmation that it has been resent & to provide tracking details so it's obvious I will not be getting the product & not even a refund. So, so frustrated & angry. I paid for something, it's not my fault that there are delays & I contacted RM, was on hold for such a long time, only to be told I needed to contact the company directly so I did! Pointless! I get that they need to chase it up but surely the right thing to do is to replace the item & deal with RM themselves? It's very nearly a month since I placed the order. Unfriendly tone in emails, unprofessional & terrible customer service

EDIT Still no response to my many emails, leaving me without the medication I need which, at the moment, is hard to get hold of, no sign of a refund either! Appalling, avoid at all cost!

I ordered some Protopic ointment from here with a prescription as it was the cheapest around, plus recommended. I must say I’m very surprised by the recent negative reviews as the service I received was top class, so thank you. Will definitely use again and happy to recommend.

No telephone answer, no email response and they have taken my money.

From order to receipt took 2 weeks even with 24 hour delivery. No meaningful notifications or responses to email enquiries. By the time it was delivered I had given up and sourced elsewhere.

Fraudulent pharmacies! Don't trust!!!

I placed an order on August 9 with order number ORDER 70161 and my money was quickly transferred, but half a month has passed and no package has been received. No contact with me, I had sent two emails and got no reply!

Jumoke was brilliant. Helpful and understanding with my needs. Other staff members very friendly and helpful too. Would not hesitate to use this pharmacy again or recommend to others to use. Prescription was ready and waiting as promised when I went to collect on the same day. Had previous supply issues with other pharmacies.

Fast shipping, good service

After struggling to find an antihistamine that my son uses searching through google i came across Dock Pharmacy Well what a fantastic service not only did they have stock I managed to purchase 3 bottles of what I needed and it was packaged up brilliantly and at my door within 72 hours .... will definitely use them again thank you :)
