Will not be gong back to normal shop bought washing powders.
Delivery was a little slow but product was well worth the wait. Does a great job of cleaning our clothes and no evidence at all of any detergent like smells. And we are protecting our oceans as there are no chemicals added unlike most supermarket bought washing powders. If you buy multi-packs they work out very cheap indeed.

Ecological washing sheets
I can’t remember how I came across this product. I was using Smol at the time and agreed with one of the reviews that stated Smol doesn’t always dissolve fully in the wash. Using this product means no more gunk in my washing

Placed an order for a certain date
Placed an order for a certain date. Order never arrived and was told there will be at least a 7 day delay. Requested refund and have been ignored. Terrible customer service. Took 4 emails to get 1 reply. Not impressed.

I would not trust their ethics
I have serious concerns over the ethicality of this company Donieli and therefore I think there is a real question mark over what is in their product and if indeed it is the eco friendly ingredients they claim. This company is supposed to be an ethical cleaning products company and they appear to be using highly unethical marketing practices. Websites including Ecoglobalnews.com that pose as independent reviewers that claim to have tested all the other cleaning products, and of course rate their product as #1, and defaming their competitors. These spurious websites and pages, that have only one article, nearly no followers and one star ratings on Facebook, are paying for advertising on social media like Facebook. I can see no reason why they would do that as they have no advertising and nothing to promote, and the only person that clearly benefits is Doneli, so you can draw your own conclusions as to who is paying for those adverts.
With these kind of marketing practices I think there is a real question mark over the ethics of this brand. We have no idea what is in their products except to trust them, would you really be prepared to do that? Good people are purchasing from them believing they are doing the right thing for the environment and I think they may be being taken advantage of.
