Exceptional service. I was a little nervous as i was ordering 27 doors online from Yorkshire and needed them sent to Milton Keynes. I received an instant order confirmation and was kept upto date with delivery almosst every other day on WhatsApp. Doors were delivered a week later with no issues reported. Would 100% recommend Doors2Floors.

Easy to order. We were kept well informed all the way through to delivery. The doors are of a very high quality. We’re very pleased!

Good. Needed a door next day and it was delivered next day. Delivery charges (for said next day delivery) were high - but they were clearly communicated and it was my choice to go with it. Correct door turned up at the correct time and that's all that anyone can ask!

We bought 4 doors and handles. Very helpful in offering advice when we were ordering the doors , we had an issue with the delivery which was no
fault of theirs. When I phoned and explained they immediately contacted the courier company and I had the delivery a few hours later. I can't thank Ish enough, we'll certainly come to you again.

Repeat customer purchased from them a few years ago. Purchased 6 doors from them in total. Purchase process straight forward great communication and speedy delivery. On delivery one door had been damaged in transit quick phone call sorted that and they couldn’t apologise enough (even though this was out of there control). They sorted me a replacement door immediately and this was promptly delivered. Would I purchase from them again yes I would !

The 2 doors that I ordered and picked up were exactly correct. They were way cheaper than other door suppliers.

My experience with Doors2Floors has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for several internal doors and paid in full upfront, with a clear promise that delivery would take place within 7 days. Not only did that timeframe pass without any communication, but when items finally began to arrive, the delivery was incomplete. Several doors were missing, and some of the ones that were delivered arrived damaged.

What followed was months of constant chasing, excuses, and empty assurances. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, the company continuously failed to provide the remaining items or a real solution. I was left stressed, frustrated, and completely disappointed.

After doing further research, I discovered that I’m not the only one—other customers have reported similar issues, which only confirms that this is not an isolated incident.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. This has been a very bad experience from start to finish, and I cannot recommend Doors2Floors under any circumstances. Avoid them at all cost.

I've ordered 6 Doors in total now (including one custom) from Doors 2 Floors and the customer service is exceptional. I have had quick responses to any and all queries every time I have ordered through these guys. Doors are great quality and you can't beat the price. 10/10 would recommend - thank you Ish who has been particularly helpful.

Don’t be put off by some negative reviews as this company is very professional with great customer service and really helpful from start to finish.

The Supplier who delivered doors drove off with the pairmaker so Doors2Floors followed up everything and kept us in the loop the whole time ensuring we knew what was happening and when delivery would be made.

Good selection of doors. I was interested in seeing a door that was not in the showroom. They kindly arranged for this to be brought across from another store so I could see. Good customer service. Swift delivery. Also had a good selection of door handles.

Really good joiner was also recommended who has fitted the doors perfectly with a lot of care and attention to detail.

DISGRACEFUL! Bespoke door paid 2k for from Ish and Shiraz. Door has cracks in several locations after few months. Terrible customer service quality is embarrassing Shiraz ignored me for weeks making up excuse and now refuses to refund me! Was assured it was made with high quality oak by their quality carpentes yet door has fallen apart within months! Beware of this scam company!

UPDATE:
Since their response I feel obliged to respond.
First of all they never promptly replied to me. They ignored me for approximately 8 weeks after I reported the cracks appearing it was Ish was kept feeding me lies about his carpenter is off then he is investigating the problem which was completely false.
His friend Ish only actually bothered to contact me after I started court proceedings about this scam company and begged me not to proceed.
I have had 3 companies come since and all
Shocked how a bespoke door made within 6 months could be so poorly made who have all advised a new door AND frame needed!
In response to your goals do you actually believe any of the rubbish you type?
High- quality products? FAIL
Excellent customer service? BIG FAIL
Take feedback seriously? FAIL AGAIN
I now have to take this joke of a company through court to get my money I have kept all evidence of messages and photos documented to show.

I recently purchased The Zebrano Abachi Four Panel Glazed Fire Door from Doors2floors.. Transaction was completed by phone, the door arrived in less than a week, well packaged and in perfect condition. The finish is so polished I had assumed it was a manufactured material, but on installation discovered its actually natural wood. The door manufacturing is a very high standard, beautifully made, it's dimensions are perfect..

In short, both me and my client are very pleased with the product and service received.
