Don't buy from here. Items are shipped from China; the quality is poor, they take a month to arrive, and making a return is impossible—shipping it back to China costs $70. They offer an alternative return option to Mexico, but that turns out to be even worse.

Dress was horrifyingly ugly.
Looked nothing like the pictures. Poor craftsmanship. Cheap materials. Incredibly disappointing. So much for my perfect wedding dress. I was so excited by the beautiful dress in the image I didnt Google any reviews. As soon as I hit the order button I got the worst sinking feeling in my gut.
Run, dont walk, away from this site. Its easy to fake good reviews, bad reviews are almlst always the truth.

I bought a dress through them in late December, and when it arrived it was too big, different from the picture on the website, and very unflattering. The website promises a "super easy" return process but I have been trying to get in touch with them for two months to no avail. I wish I had done more research and feel like a dope for buying through them. Avoid at all costs.

RETURN IS WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED, CHOICE WAS RETURN TO CHINA, COST IS NEARLY HALF OF PURCHASE, SEND TO A CONSIGNMENT STORE IN MEXICO AND IF AND WHEN THEY GOT IT A PARTIAL REFUND, KEEP FOR $10 OFF. THE SHIPPING LABEL TO ME SHOWED A FLORIDA ADDRESS.

Got two dresses for my weeding weekend and they're gorgeous - better than the photos! The fit was almost perfect straight away, and they handled the small tweaks quickly. So happy with my purchase.

Customer service was amazing, they double checked all my measurements which i appreciated. The wedding dress fabric feels high quality and it actually arrived early!

Sleeves were frayed and unfinished. Fabric was not nice feeling, but stiff amd cheap-looking. When I attempted to return it, I was given partial credit offers for "restocking fees" and expensive return shipping options to either China or Mexico. I would not recommend this company unless you're looking for theater costumes or something for Halloween. Not nice at all.

Total Scam!! Do NOT buy anything from this company. It is a scam. The dress looked like it was made by a 4 year old, absolutely awful. Their website has all of these reviews by "anonymous" so another scam. The dress came rolled up in a ball and crammed in a package. The dress is poorly made, the material is dreadful. Their return policy they have on their sight is another scam. You do not return to them. They want you to send to a store in Mexico for a reduced amount of money or they will give you 10 dollars to keep it. It is a complete joke and ripoff. Run from this fake sight!!!

I ordered two of the same dresses in different sizes. They emailed me back saying I couldn't return the dress if I did that and they would hold my order for 48 hours. I emailed and asked them to cancel the order which was over $600.00. They kept my money and never sent me either dress (not that I want them now!). I do desperately want my money back :(

Paid $200 for a dress and it was not true to size. So to send it back u can pay $50 or more and you don’t get a full refund. But I havent gotten any money back and have spent $250 now because they claim they haven’t received the dress and we are going on a month now. Do not order unless you absolutely know it will fit.
