I watched ads to get thru the drama. The ending was very disappointing. I will watch one more drama if it also is bad i will uninstall not worth my time.

Paid for one week and have been charged 6 different times. No customer service available.
They will be reported.

If I could put less stars I would, I literally just bout a weekly subscription to have something to do to pass the time, why I watch 10 mins after I bought the subscription and all of sudden they asking me to pay again this is a total rip off and so is Joyreels plz don't buy it

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for Reelshort and Drama box, but I can't find the avenue to cancel. They keep taking my money every week automatically. They have made it so hard or impossible to cancel. I need help

Beware, this is not a reputable company! I downloaded their app for one week and cancelled it, and the app shows cancelled and then I deleted it, and found out later that they charged me first $14 a week for a month and then $19 a week for the last two months! TOTAL SCAM! They do not send you receipts, and they never reply to in app messaging!

I had a problem with being charged more than I thought I'd signed up for. Drama box worked with me & did a partial refund. Hopefully they'll be more clear as far as what subscriptions you're signing up for. I appreciate the fact that they worked with me because AI customer service can be very frustrating.

THE DAILY REWARDS ARE FAKE AND JUST AWAY FOR THEM TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY YOU DIDNT WANT TO SPEND!! I was charged even though I used the daily rewards for the “ free extended 5 days “ . I kept getting enough points to redeem the 5 days pass for weeks and then found out they were charging me for the so called free days . Tried to dispute it but no one to contact with DRAMABOX and when I tried to get it fixed through my credit card DRAMABOX fought it and said I was using the site . I am done with them it’s a total ripoff I am sticking with REELSHORT.

DramaBox made unauthorized charges to my cc four times after cancellation under two company names (DramaBox Singapore & minidramastream Glendale). I signed up for one week and canceled on 10/20/2025, yet DramaBox continue to charge my cc weekly for roughly five consecutive weeks from 10/21/2025 a 11/17/2025 in the amount of $16.99. Never got a response when I made contact. Had to turned off my cc to stop the charges, yet I got alerted four more times of attempted charges after turning off my cc. This company is fraudulent, do not recommend. Currently in dispute with the bank regarding theses charges.

This is total rip off. After using the free version for a while, I paid for a weeks unlimited. They billed me for a second week after 4 days, despite the cancel anytime. After the two weeks, all the paid content disappears.

The biggest load of shite! ...An add for this crap came on during youtube....The acting is the worst I've ever seen..The way they were talking to each other and behaving, so far fetched and rediculous... And the over exaggerated insulting language like b*itch,sl*t, wh*ore etc. Then there was the scorn bride to be brother beating up a woman(actually they were all beating her, "the mistress" wtaf!!!...

Their English stories are getting more ridiculous and/or morbid by the day. Poor acting. And too many Asian dramas. Not for western audience obviously. Just very bad and not worth the money.

They say it is free to watch BUT afther a veuw eppisodes you have to pay for a subscription SO wath is free then TOTAL BS with free dont fall for the freee there is always a snake under the grass. And the series are low butget not even hallmark so hmzzz nice scam and fraud and fal in discription for FREE kis my butanical Ass. And dont Come with you mail or response back YOU know your same data leakers
