I recently had a mixed experience with Dreams in Bradford but ultimately, it was positive. The initial service was great, and ordering was smooth. My first mattress was very comfortable, but over time, it sagged, affecting sleep quality, which was disappointing. However, Dreams' excellent customer service stood out, especially Kishan from sales, who offered helpful advice and arranged a replacement. The delivery team was excellent as well. Despite some hiccups, I would still recommend Dreams for their commitment to resolving issues and providing good service. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

We were informed when our bed was due it was only down to myself ringing that we found out it been booked in for a delivery slot.

Update on my review.
The original purchase experience remains the same- excellent but the review for the mattress would be lowered to 2-3 stars. Super comfy when originally bought but has become very sagging and dips where we lay on it and doesn’t return to original flat, even shape.
This makes the mattress uncomfortable sleeping is not great. I would not recommend the mattress to anyone. I wished I’d not chosen it. Model is House of Beautiful Maeve K.

Ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago after going on the sleep mattress machine we were offered tea and coffee they weren’t pushy they showed us a choice of mattresses after been on the sleep machine we chose our mattress and pillows and mattress protector the mattress arrived Saturday morning at 7am if you want a perfect company for your mattresses go to dreams Bradford Forster square Absloutley 1st class service 👍👍the delivery drivers were first class and respected my property absolutely 1st class
