The product appears to have insufficient gel in the top layer, resulting in uncomfortable creasing/bunching of the fabric and one side appears to have collapsed within the first four weeks of use despite weekly turning as recommended. Show room staff refer customers to a helpline that is always experiencing heavy demand with predicted wait in excess of 20 minutes, chat system is unresponsive. Claims procedure via mbginsurance as per leaflet provided ends up on another insurance brokers website with no indication of what Dreams customers should do.

The sleepmatch bed was a great starting point for understanding what we needed, and from then on the staff were very helpful (particular shout-out to James), understood our budget and wasn't pushy or trying to upsell us anything. Even got offered a cup of tea! Ended up buying a mattress that seems perfect, and the delivery time is shorter than I had anticipated too. All round very good experience.

The bed was delivered on time and assembled quickly. Very efficient and friendly team.

I purchased a bed from the Cribbs Causeway store in Bristol, a friendly sales person helped us choose a mattress and we chose a simple divan to go with it, I didn't like the headboard that was on display with it and asked if I could order a different one, he advised I could have what I wanted, when it arrived it didn't fit with the mattress, the headboard was too deep and so it either had to sit high and wobble or the mattress hung off the bed, Customer Service wouldn't take my word for it despite providing photos and had to send someone out to confirm I was right, they advised you have to have a certain headboard and can't in fact choose whatever you want, Customer Service then said I could only change it for the one I didn't want, I asked for a refund but was refused because it was past the 14 days so we kept it and my partner had to screw bits of wood to it to make it fit!
Now for the 100 day exchange, I hated the mattress so went through the process of exchanging it which to be fair was very simple, the problem I have is that the mattress I chose was cheaper than the original one and I was advised you get the difference back in vouchers! I was not advised of this when I purchased the bed, I spent £1300 on a new bed with new quilt, pillows etc so what do I do with £300 of vouchers??? And why can't I just have a refund, I paid a cash (actual cash) deposit of almost £300 on the day, it makes no sense and should have been made clear.
So if anyone wants to buy some vouchers from me, I'll give you a good deal :) but overall I wouldn't buy from Dreams again.

Excellent service and delivery

Helpful staff making the ordering process smooth and easy. Bed arrived when scheduled, received a couple of notifications during the week prior to delivery and a phone call on the day from the delivery driver confirming time window. On arrival the delivery staff put shoe covers on once inside the door, built the bed and demonstrated how to use the adjustable bed. Cleared and took away all the packaging. Very pleased with purchase and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from Dreams.

Delivered on time. Delivery guys were very good and did what they needed to do quickly and efficiently.

Great service in cribbs causeway store . Beds delivered at stated time . Delivery men very polite and wore covers on shoes as we have new carpets . They put beds together quickly and effortless . Beds are so comfy I don’t want to get up !!!
