Bought new bed & mattress,Rod was the best assistant to us, excellent service and deals. Delivered, assembled on time. Couldn't get better anywhere else.

We purchased a bed and mattress from Dreams at the beginning of January. The staff member who served us was helpful, polite and not pushy. So far so good. The bed is comfortable and the delivery men that delivered to us three weeks later were helpful taking the old ones away and assembling the new quickly for us.

From the very minute we walked into dreams, everyone one was really nice, and helpful. We're offered a go on a clever bed that told me what I needed. Tried out quite a few beds. Said I had a budget. And the gentleman found only the ones I could afford. We were even ofter a drink of tea or coffee. Very relaxed and very helpful. Were recommended extras, like pillows, over cover and the like. But not pushed into buying them.
Even the gentlemen that delivered the bed, wore over shoes cover and were very friendly and helpful.

We spent quite a while in store trying many different options, the lady who served us at Cribbs Causeway was very patient and friendly.
We ended up buying a mattress and ottoman bed.
We did wait about 3.5 weeks for delivery but it was totally worth it. The new bed is a literal Dream.
Delivery and we paid for the old bed to be taken away and the new one put together. The guys doing it were great and quick.

Very personable service, excellent product knowledge with a gentle approach to helping us decide our best option. All aspects of our purchase were very well executed and so far we are delighted with our purchase.

Brilliant experience overall

We were greeted by James who was very interested to understand our needs. He later explained us the different types of mattresses, and after trying the electronic matress "Sleep Match", which analysed our body types, he suggested several options. We then tried them all, with no pressure or rush, and decided on one according to our budget. James was very kind and offered a couple of discounts that were available at the moment (Black Friday). Delivery was as scheduled; the delivery team was very professional. Highly recommended to start by this shop when looking for a matress; we may come back to get some pillows.

After years of poor sleeping, I treated myself to a new Dreams mattress. The whole experience - from first visiting the store, to having the mattress delivered, was the best shopping experiences I've had in years. It wasn't cheap, but I firmly believe you get the mattress you pay for.

Rod provided a great service, and I was able to purchase everything I was looking for. I have always found this branch of Dreams a really welcoming branch, with staff who know their products, a great shopping experience, why go one line.

Roderick suggested the sleep assessment which helped narrow down a selection of mattresses for us. The purchase process was easy and delivery within 4 weeks. Great to know we have a 100 day trial period if we need it.

We have just bought a new mattress from the Cribbs store. The team were very helpful and guided us through the various choices available. We were given plenty of time to decide and the computer simulation was useful in offering suggestions. The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery team were friendly and carried it to the bedroom and took the old one away very efficiently. A great experience.
