Really friendly staff that helped us towards a great purchase. The bed is exactly what we wanted, maximising storage and comfort.

Very helpful professional approach by Ron the salesman from the moment I walked into the store. He was knowledgeable, asked what I was looking for and directed me to the bed and mattress that matched my requirement. Delivery was very prompt and we now have a very comfortable bed.

I went into Dreams with not much of an idea of what I wanted. Danny helped me narrow down my options and help me make a decision by explaining all the different options (I never knew there were so many!) He was super helpful. I tried out various mattresses to find something I liked and found the most comfortable.
I ended up buying a bed and mattress for my new house :)

Well done to Dreams staff from salesman to installation team. I didn't do the follow-up survey because it wants IP address and domain, cookie info and software and hardware attributes - that's too much information guys just to say thanks for the good and efficient service! The digital bed thing was a weird experience but your sales guy made it fun, gave us space and time and used no high pressure techniques.

Great service. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect mattress. We wasn't the easiest of customers. I thought I knew the brand and type I wanted but very quickly realised I didn't. Daniel talked us through the different types and gave us loads of options to try. Turns out I've also had the wrong pillow for how I sleep for years, so we ended up getting 2 new pillows as well.

From ordering the double bed to it's arrival, the process was an easy enjoyable experience. Communication was excellent as was the sales lady who was helpful but not pushy. The bed arrived on time and the drivers were very pleasant taking away the old bed and assembling the new one

Went to Dreams at end of April looking for a new bed. After visiting other companies, Dreams store and their staff exceeded expectations.

Gareth at the Cribbs Causeway store. No pressure selling, but very knowledgeable, very helpful and gave me time to try and re try my top three picks from the several options given by the sleep machine.
I chose to have the bed delivered and assembled and the team who arrived were great.
Now I have my new bed and mattress, I haven’t slept this well for a long time. I absolutely love my bed and silent night mattress.
