Great service and very friendly staff
I usually prefer shopping online but this time i walked into Dreams Dartford branch and the whole experience was great. The staff were very frielndly and answered all the questions. Overall had a great experience from start to finish. The Bed was delivered on time and had it assembled properly. Very professional and great experience. Highly recommend them.

Great mattress at a great price
Excellent experience from start to finish. Met Kate in the Dartford shop who was engaging and informative. We were kept informed of delivery times. The delivery guys were knowledgeable and friendly. The mattress has given us both a significantly better sleep. Impressed by the service throughout.

I must be honest with this. The personnel I met at Dreams is so intelligent, polite, experienced in what he do, I was given a prompt response to my questions.

Sweet Dreams are still possible
The team arrived on time and delivered the mattress quickly. I ordered an Orthopaedic which was on sale at the time as my misses was having significant back issues. Fortunately, as soon as the mattress was in place she felt the world better. So it did what it said on the tin and I am sleeping better too as a result. Likely one of my best purchases.

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store but left to browse until we required a staff member who helped us choose the bed frame that was right for us. Was delivered exactly when we were told and easily assembled.

Reece from the Dartford branch was very professional and very friendly with me and my friend.
Reece greet us with respect and offered us some water. We were happy and impressed with the service he provided. Reece gave me a pillow and sleep match and he helps me with good options regarding the products, which were a great help and sold me my dream bed. Thank you and keep it up🙏

Dreams in Dartford…
I went to the Dreams store in Dartford at the weekend and I was greeted by the lovely Kate, who indulged my every need and was super helpful in helping me decide on one of the most important purchases for my home. She really couldn't have done more than she did and I got the bed from Dreams only because of her amazing customer service. Hopefully, the bed and mattress will match Kate's amazing customer service.
