Too many 5 Star Reviews to care when a sell doesn’t go well. Avoid Upselling!
Mattress shopping experience generally good with thorough assessment of sleeping needs. But beware of upselling of protectors, toppers and pillows.
Tempur Aircool pillows at £150 each proved dense and very uncomfortable. My advice, buy your mattress, try it with your existing pillows before being ‘pursuaded’ to buy high-tech replacements!

The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole experience was very easy and I love my new mattress!

Brilliant service from beginning to end. Sales guy mike was not pushy at all gave us loads of options to look try out.happy with the service from the delivery guys too great communication very quick and efficient service bed fully assembled in 20 mins..

At Dreams we found an extensive range of product with something to suit all needs/requirements. the service was excellent, provided by a friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful salesman.

Sleeping better on my new soft mattress. The previous one, not purchased at Dreams, was too firm for me. The Dreams salesman was very helpful without being pushy and didn't mind when I said I would go away and think about it before making my final decision. The delivery team were also helpful and kindly moved my old mattress (which I was donating to a homeless charity) into the next room as I was unable to move it myself. My only reason for not giving five stars is that there was a three-month wait between ordering and delivery, but I was informed about this at the outset.

It was such a clear and easy process.From selection to ordering and arranging delivery,the assistance was helpful and unpressed.All arrangements were adhered to and all the personnel that I encountered were friendly and capable.

Absolutely brilliant experience shopping for my new mattress at Dreams. Loved the sleep mattress. I was helped by an extremely helpful, knowledgeable sales adviser. He wasn’t over powering or pushy. Knowing when to advise and when to step back to let me and my friend have a chat and try the mattresses on our own.

The young man who served me was very helpful and polite, he went through all the options, and after telling me to use the bed that decides what mattress is most suitable advised that I buy the one I tried with loads of springs and gel topping. I have had the best nights sleep I have had in years, thankyou Dreams

Sales man was very nice and explained everything to us showed us beds mattresses headboards and did not push us into buying

Michael @Eastleigh Dreams was very knowledgeable friendly helpful no hard sell given. Throughly recommend Dreams not the cheapest out there but you have to pay for quality..

From the moment we entered the store we were helped in choosing the best possible bed for our needs. But we were never hounded or coaxed in that time. Overall we are extremely satisfied with dreams, and happy to recommend them too anyone. Infact our daughter purchased a bed from dreams shortly after.
