Absolutely fantastic service from the moment I stepped into store. Nothing was too much trouble as I’m sure they understand the importance of getting the right mattress. Went on the test bed which showed several mattresses that was suitable. Tried them all. Even made us a coffee. Will definitely go back next time I need a new mattress.

ordered a therapur actigel glazcier 3600d mattress on the 27 aug at the huddersfield store ashleigh was amazing and the staff was very helpful. went on the sleep match machine and found our perfect mattress

Outstanding service by Emma on my first visit. Returned a few weeks later and dealt with the manager and he was equally outstanding. Both were knowledgable about their products and not at all pushy.

From the moment we walked in and to finalising our purchasing after checking out competition , we was made to feel like a individual.
we was given chance to look around after being made welcome before the salesman came to us.
He was very friendly , articulate and listen which is a breath of fresh air as some salesman know better than you and don't listen to your needs. More retail outlets should follow this way of service tbh.
everything from delivery times , extras was explained in detail and written down. A Demonstration on the bed with curtitus shown as my mother in law was wearing skirt in order to protect her dignity when getting on the test bed.
we went back a few weeks later and they remembered us , treated in the same caring friendly manner , purchased made and waiting delivery.

Really helpful store assistants made the whole process so easy and spent time ensuring we got the best product for the best price

BAD EXPERIENCE! After attending the dreams store in huddersfield, leeds road. To purchase a bed due to being disabled, i required a electric bed (sleep motion 800i) with a tempur cool touch mattress. When speaking to the employee i asked could i leave a deposit for the bed which they agreed but then demanded me to pay all costa upfront for the bed to be deliverd. So with my last savings i felt like i had no choice but to pay upfront to receive the bed on the date agreed (10/03/2022) i was booked in for my delivery slot between 7:15-9:15 which was an additional payment. At 7:15 10/03/22 i was contacted by the delivery man working on behalf of dreams beds who explained to me the services i was promised from dreams staff in store would not be possible for him to do. In store i was promised as i am disabled my old bed and mattress would be disposed of by the delivery service and on this phone call from the delivery man he was instructing to take my old bed down and dispose of it before he would consider delivering the bed, i feel neglected as i now have no bed after having to pay my support workers extra hours stay and dispose of my old bed as this is not possible for me to do because i am disabled which i explained on the purchase of the bed, i feel the agreement which i have paid upon has not been upheld on dreams behalf. The bed never arrived between 7:15-9:15 which i then had to phone after 11 to find out the were abouts of my purchase, the customer service team i spoke to were nothing but rude and unhelpful as they were reluctant to give me a full refund and trying to delay the delivery of the bed after telling me to dispose of my old bed and clear my room. I asked if there would be any possibility for the bed to be delivered on the same day as i am disabled with no were to sleep, they told me that was not possible and they would not be able to accommodate me. Then after numerous phone calls after 5pm they then told me they would be able to deliver the bed the following day, this was after requesting a full refund numerous of times. I am really disgusted with there services and i am disgusted how they have treated me as a disabled person leaving me thousands out of pocket and with no bed and no direction of when i will be returned with a full refund.

Fantastic experience at the Huddersfield Dreams store, great service, friendly and approachable staff. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Ash who served us on 5th Feb, she was brilliant we absolutely loved having her serve us, she was so lovely and made us feel so welcome, even making me a coffee and getting a bottle of water for my husband, even asking if he would prefer it from the fridge or not. We never felt pressured at all, Ash left us to try the mattresses she had recommended through the sleep tester machine and was always on hand to ask questions if we felt we had any. Loved our visit and we purchased on the day largely due to Ash who assisted us and her amazing service. We will definitely be recommending the store to friends and family and will definitely be returning. Well done Ash you are an amazing representative for the store and the company, it’s not an easy job working retail as I know and you deserve all the praise you must inevitably get. All the members of staff that were there seemed as friendly as I observed them serving other customers and an other member of staff even offered to get the free pillows we got as Ash was putting our order through, it’s obvious that they are a great team. We will definitely be returning.

After surfing the net for days on end researching & comparing mattresses, I decided to physically go see some. Walked into Dreams (Huddersfield) & politely greeted. Left alone to browse around. Ashley was great. Friendly, good product knowledge, attentive but not pushy. She listened to our needs & directed us to a great mattress. Talked us through everything clearly. Ashley is an asset to the company. Very pleased

From the moment we entered the shop we were given excellent service this continued whilst we waited for the delivery and continued on the day the bed arrived. The bed is very comfortable and we are very pleased with it. We are very glad that we chose to buy from Dreams.

Friendly welcome and great service received in the Huddersfield store. We were shown several mattresses after our test on the bed and found our perfect mattress. We then had a selection of beds and frames to choose from and found a solid frame with storage just what we were looking for and in a choice of colours too. Thank you

Great experience in store from helpful advisor, I chose a delivery day to suit and the items arrived exactly when they were supposed to. Delivered to my room of choice, they were easy to assemble and look great! I am very happy with my purchases!
